The tape is superb and holds up extremely well in our manufacturing warehouse. I have noticed the guys dragging heavy containers and racks across the tape and it doesn't budge. I am so happy I found this product because we have always regretted putting tape down in the factory since it always looks terrible after a few weeks. This is not your normal floor tape! Also, the customer service is amazing. I accidentally ordered the wrong color so I called to have it changed and I found the rep, Eric, to be courteous and made the process very easy. While people make mistakes, this was an email that was concerning. When I called the behavior and condescension of the owner was beyond the pale. I understand that mistakes are made at times. The concern is that I was contacted via automated email over an obviously automated erroneous bill. I had to waste my time, call the place, and prove my payment. I'm not even upset about the automation, I'm upset about how the people involved behaved. Thankfully I had credit card statements to prove payment. The employee who picked up seemed to think it was no big deal, that it was just a few hundred and that it was my job to prove it. This speaks to incompetence. This should have been a phone call as they claim it's a known issue with quick books on their end. Letterman's jackets for some families are a big purchase. Receiving a bill for something you paid for is terrible business practice and can be scary for families who are just scraping by. During the phone call with the employee I called I was firm, had to provide the dates and amounts of payment as well as the method used. Without this I'm sure this company would have tried to bill me again. This is poor business practice all around. Then came the owner, who took it upon himself to call me after the fact. He seemed to have a problem with the fact that I was unhappy with how this was handled. I demanded a zero balance receipt to protect my interests. My business with them concluded with my payment in full months ago. My need to protect myself by obtaining a zero balance receipt dated today or later is not wrong AFTER their erroneous bill dated yesterday. I asked when they would get back to me and the employee was unable to answer. I the told him I expected a week would be reasonable and asked for a call if it could not be completed in that timeframe for an update. When the owner decided to call me that was an opportunity to listen and fact find. The invoice was clearly erroneous. This was confirmed by the employee I called and spoke with. The owner couldn't seem to understand why that might be important. He demanded I tell him what method of payment and type of card I used, as though that's my responsibility to provide months later. His quick books software is not my issue. I believe his entitlement was showing, as this was a small bill to them. Owner was terrible. It's not wrong to firmly ask to not be bothered again and for proof of settled account. This man exuded bro vibes, told me he "knows business" but doesn't know how to take responsibility for paperwork failures or do any kind of customer service. It is their responsibility to keep records. Customers should not have to cover themselves because an accounting system is either improperly maintained or erroneous. The fact I have to waste my time calling this place and have somebody behave like $600+ is no big deal is demonstrative of how the owner treats and thinks of his customers. I think this guy forgets that next to the big accounts etc are people who are excited to celebrate their kids accomplishments with them and letterman's jackets. This is small time stuff in this man's view. If this place wants to be that corporate, I encourage them to fix their billing practices and quit trying to pretend they are in it to serve Portland communities. Family owned business generally means great ties and customer service and this place isn't it. I would give this place 0 stars for service if I could. I have concerns about how they manage people's information. Design, delivery and workmanship the business performed adequately and as advertised. Billing and how this owner treats real people is what this review concerns. I got the vibe the owner feels he's better than others because he 'knows business'. He was completely gross. Do yourself a favor and skip them. No one needs to wait for the boogeyman to make them prove themselves with mystery bills months later. No one deserves to be treated like you're a small payment and don't matter. There are other businesses who deserve your dollars and who will actually work for them.

It is an abusive work environment where my supervisor threatened me with physical violence and my boss (Terry) put me on call every week despite hiring me as a full-time bookbinder. There was constant verbal degradation and insults disguised as "jokes" from my supervisor Marcy (who also made racist comments about the homeless folks living nearby, as well as homophobic jokes about potential hires coming through for interviews). They also frequently reprimanded me and my coworkers (ALL 3 of us were young girls by the way) for "using the bathroom too much" despite it being "that time of the month". Furthermore, we were asked not to discuss our salaries with our fellow coworkers. Lastly, they did not mandate masks indoors during peak COVID.

I have called over 6 herman miller dealers in CA and they either were not helpful, didn't get a human to talk to or were just straight ignorant of the products they carry. I even called after I put my order through because I had seconds thoughts regarding my finish and he was extremely nice and appreciated that I am plunking a fair amount of money on this so my decisions should be ones I am 100% comfortable with.
