Claudia at Immaculate Brows knows brows! 2. Claudia is a real artist and doesn't rely on a stencil: This one is huge. I have been to brow people who put a stencil on your brows and try to make your brows "fit" into this one size fits all stencil then they proceed to tell me about how my brows don't really work but if I buy these products and fill them in to match the stencil then they will look good. Claudia is not like this at all. She sees how your individual brows grow(yes there are 2 brows and they are close sisters but not identical), chats with you about your brow goals and will work with your personal growth patterns to shape and groom them so they can look good both with or without makeup. 3. Online scheduling for appointments: Because don't we all just randomly remember to schedule our brow appointments while laying in bed at 6am or 10pm or is that just me!? :-) 4. Appointments are on time: I never have to wait past my appointment time and if I ever do, it's less than 5 minutes, which is basically nothing. With that being said... your appointment duration is your appointment duration. If you show up 15 minutes late to your 30 minute appointment then you have to understand you are gonna get whatever can be done in that remaining 15 minutes. It's not a punishment, it's just reality because Claudia is respectful of all of her clients time and her next clients shouldn't have to wait or have their appointments rushed because someone else was late. 5. Great quality wax and waxing technique: I guess my skin is sensitive because lots of waxes make my skin break out. I have not broken out once since seeing Claudia. 6. I'm writing to share my experience during my recent appointment for an NAD IV infusion. I was…read morereally looking forward to the treatment, so I was disappointed by how the visit ultimately went and wanted to bring it to your attention. When I first arrived for my appointment, the provider attempted to place the IV several times but was unable to access a vein. I believe I was poked about five times before I was asked to come back later and try again. I returned a few hours afterward, hoping the second attempt would be smoother. Unfortunately, the same difficulty occurred. The provider attempted multiple placements again -- in both arms, my foot, my ankle, and eventually my hand. I did mention beforehand that I have very small veins and that IV placement is often difficult for me. When I have IVs done at medical offices, they typically use a smaller "baby needle," which tends to work better for me. I did mention this, but that needle wasn't used. Eventually an IV was placed in my hand. However, while it was being taped down, the IV was jerked, which immediately made me feel like it may have shifted out of the vein. The provider reassured me that it was still properly placed and proceeded to start the infusion. Within about 5-10 minutes, my hand began burning intensely and swelling near my wrist. It also felt extremely cold to the touch. I mentioned this right away and was told that some burning can be normal with NAD. However, the pain and swelling continued to increase -- my fingers began swelling and my arm started to swell as well. At that point I was very concerned that the IV was not actually in the vein. I asked for the IV to be removed because the pain had become severe. Initially there was hesitation to stop the infusion, but I insisted because it hurt so badly. Unfortunately, I had to stop the treatment early and ended up wasting more than half of the IV bag. Because of the number of attempts, the swelling, and having to stop the infusion prematurely, the experience was really uncomfortable and discouraging -- especially since the treatment was quite expensive and something I had been looking forward to. I'm reaching out because I wanted to share what happened and see if there might be a way to resolve the situation. I value your services and would appreciate any consideration you can offer regarding the cost of the treatment or a possible solution.
