She's incredibly thorough, detail oriented, organized, kind, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate her open communication too. She always gets my thoughts ahead of time and talks me through the whole process making sure I understand what we're doing and why. I stick to lash lifts and tints and when I get them done here they come out perfectly and always last the whole 8 weeks. This location has been so helpful and understanding with rescheduling as well. Especially with recent severe storms that have caused flooding. I wasn't able to make my original appointment due to this and the staff was so understanding, helpful, and kind. It really relieved a lot of anxiety. LOVE this location and highly recommend it to anyone! Even if you have a long drive, it's worth it!

I've had bad experience after experience and always said that maybe I just needed to try a different tech. I've had simple gel mani's, regular polish pedi's, acrylic full sets and fills here. My most recent experience was the WORST I've had, by far. The tech doing my pedicure tried to talk me out of the base color I wanted for my French because SHE didn't like it and got an attitude when I requested two coats instead of one. She drilled my toenails down so much when removing the previous gel polish, they started to thin and burn. The tech doing my finger nails was communicative in asking me as she was doing my nails, if I was liking them. They looked okay until the end when she was applying the French lines. They were not thorough, complete, edge to edge lines. This was the case for practically every nail. I had bubbles in my top coat and multiple crooked nails. I learned my lesson and will go to back to the more expensive nail salon. While aesthetically, this may look like a nice nail salon, I do not believe they have experienced nail techs and their services are most definitely NOT worth the price. Extremely disappointed- after making that clear multiple times and requesting things to be fixed; the male owner checking me out, tried to make jokes and light of situation instead of understanding the frustration coming from a client who paid for a service they not only didn't get, but was not happy with.

From the information that was sent to me, prior to my appointment, I was expecting the whole process to take no more than 2 hours. My appointment took 4 hours!!! After the constant back and forth can you correct this, can you correct that, because my brows were not even or symmetrical. I would have accepted fraternal twin brows at this point. Finally, I felt that she reached something that I could deal with or so I thought. Let's just say I wasn't overly pleased with my brows at this point. As I was preparing to leave, she kept telling me how she really did a lot on my brows and how nervous she was about them healing. She kept apologizing, stating that it normally didn't take her this long and so on and so on. A week later, my brows scabbed over and started to peel, as she told me they would. But as the scabs came off, there was nothing there!! No hair! No ink! No nothing! I was soooo disappointed! I tried reaching out to them by phone and text. Her nails last me well, and she's very dedicated to taking her time and making sure the quality is great. She's a true five star nail tech. Love Joanne, and she's the primary reason I go. The salon itself is nice, and the staff that checks me in and out has always been super kind and helpful. The also have A LOT OF COLOR OPTIONS! Many, many different things to consider; however do note that a lot of the more special color options have up upcharges of $10-25 dollars, such as chromes, cat eye, or certain other polishes. They are transparently noted however which I very much appreciate. The only thing I really dislike is if you pay with a card, they pass on the processing fee to the customer. I personally don't like it when businesses do this - as a business owner myself, I consider it the cost of doing business. I know CC fees add up, but I just personally find it really bothersome and this was not the case at the last nail place, or the place I went before that. However, they do have the option to pay in cash to get around the fee - so I've been trying to withdraw cash before going. They also have a rewards program which I always like for businesses I'll be investing in regularly, and my last place DIDNT have that, so it's a nice option. My friend, who has been a regular customer for a long time, invited me to join her for a pedicure. Before our appointment, I checked the salon's website and saw a promotion stating that when you bring in a new customer, both you and your guest receive 10% off. When we checked in, we showed the receptionist the promotion. She had me create a new account and told us to remind her at checkout so she could apply the discount. However, when it was time to pay, a different staff member was at the front desk. This person spoke in circles, telling us the previous receptionist was mistaken and that the 10% discount would only apply to our next visit. It's not about the money--it's the inconsistency and misleading advertisement that bothered us. Being told two different things by two different staff members left us feeling frustrated and distrustful of the business. Unfortunately, due to this poor customer service at the front desk, I won't be returning.
