The lady looked me up and she asked my information and guess what I wasn't in the computer! I was starting to get very upset and frustrated because I know for sure that I booked an appointment. The lady checked the computer for both locations and I wasn't in neither of them. So, I walked to my car and spoke with the lady at the falls location and she told me that normally they send a confirmation a couple of days before and I never got that which tells me that the lady never put my appointment in the computer. It was a waste of time. They were both really professional and nice but I don't like when my time is wasted. So, my suggestion to you make sure that you call them, get the name of the person you spoke with, make sure they have all of your information and send you a confirmation email. I went to Salon Eden for the 2nd time today. The first time I used a Groupon for a color and hair cut. Today I went in for a touch up and hair cut. Ebony Brown was my stylist both times. I have received more compliments on my hair, since my first trip to Salon Eden, than ever before. I have very curly hair and usually don't bother blow drying it. But when I get it cut I have them blow dry my hair - just to see how the products work and to check out the hair cut. I really liked my hair cut the first time I went to Salon Eden - the best I'd had in years. Because of all the curls I have a few problem areas with my hair. Ebony was fantastic about listening and then actually doing something about my concerns. The hair cut I received today was even better than the first (which is what I like to see). I absolutely LOVE my hair cut - it's the best hair cut I've had in almost 25 years. Even my husband noticed. I don't like to buy the products the first time they use them on my hair - sometimes by the time I'm home my hair is driving me nuts (from all the products). I'm going back to Salon Eden this week to get whatever Ebony used on my hair. They don't push the products, which is nice. But my hair is supper soft and not frizzy at all. I have been coming to Salon Eden for a little over 6 months now and I always leave more than happy with my hair. My stylist is Kait and she is hands-down the best! I was looking for two big things when I started coming to Salon Eden: 1) A hairstylist that not only knew what she was doing, but could advise me on what NOT to do as well. I had been looking for a stylist that treated me as a friend and could tell me what colors and styles would look best on me. Sometimes I am completely indecisive on what I want to do to my hair, so having a stylist like Kait that I can trust to make the best decisions for me is amazing! 2) A salon that made me feel like I got my money's worth. At the salon I had been going to previously, the prices seemed to climb every time I went, though each time I got less done to my liking. I am okay with paying more to have my hair done, as long as I feel as if I am getting my money's worth from it. At Salon Eden, I have always left feeling like I got the hair cut and style that I paid for. For anyone looking for a new salon and stylist, I highly recommend Kait at Salon Eden. VIP EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME! I can't say enough wonderful things about Salon Eden and the team. I have been going to Joemary for over 5 years, 3 of which I spent flying back and forth from Tennessee just to see Joemary. It was worth it every time! I first went to Joemary for a color correction after significant damage to my hair from another stylist. Joe took the time to listen to what I wanted and get me as close to that vision as possible, while maintaining the integrity of my hair. I've also invested in NBR extensions for the last 2 years. I have had both 18 inch and 23 in extensions and am obsessed with not only the look, but the natural and soft feel. Joemary always nails the color, whether it's a bright blonde or soft brunette for the winter. Joemary and her team truly listen to what you want and make the magic happen. The extensions haven't damaged my natural hair at all, in fact, it's stronger and growing more than ever now. Not only does Joemary and her team take care of my hair, they take care of me too! I visited salon Eden as a new customer today. I had not been happy with my previous stylist so I felt they were the perfect place to get a new do. Their reviews were amazing, the salon was gorgeous inside and everyone was fantastic. I came in with 6-7 pictures of hair styles I was interested in. My stylist, heather, was super bubbly and nice and I had all the confidence in the world that she was going to give me a great look. I will never return to the salon again. Heather butchered my hair. I asked for something sexy feminine and flirty and she gave me a cut like a man. I cried all the way home. I forgot my earrings there and when they called to tell me I was still crying and upset and I gave the poor receptionist an earful. They offered for me to come back in and fix it but my hair is sooooo short now to cut anymore I may as well just shave my head and start over. Far and away the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. I am so embarrassed with how I look I don't even want to go to work. Once again, I have never experienced any other stylist there so I don't want my review to reflect the entire salon- just stay away from heather if you want to leave feeling pretty and sexy. I've been going to Joemary consistently for over a year now and she's taken me all over the color spectrum which has been SO FUN. I love trying new things here and I always have a great time hanging with all the stylists. One thing I love about this salon is that I always see the same people - a lot of turnaround at other "luxury" salons is a major red flag to me. Unhappy stylists = unhappy hair!! Also, I always get a quote before we start, so anyone in other reviews talking about being surprised about prices/gratuity is wack LOL. The prices are comparable to any luxury salon in the area. And why wouldn't you plan to tip 20% on a 3+ hour service when you know the price beforehand? Just seems like people 1) don't know how to do math and 2) don't realize they're welcome to leave after the quote if they don't like the price. Anyway... It's a luxury salon so you're paying for what you get, and even though I get my hair done pretty often, it's always soft and shiny. Joemary knows what she's doing and she's great at setting realistic and healthy expectations for my hair when I come in with my wild ideas. First timer here, referred by a friend and I was so impressed with her results with the extensions that I had to check them out. I was going to someone for years, but she no longer does cuts/colors, so I had to find someone new. The first time, I went in for the cut/color and Katt took her time to do a consult with me as well. The reason was for cut/color, but also I started losing my hair more and more since the beginning of the year. I have naturally curly hair, and it was getting so thin and lifeless. I was interested in extensions, but didn't know much about them. She explained everything very thoroughly and I decided to proceed, especially since it won't ruin my actual hair. I'm not going to lie, it's expensive, but it's an investment into myself. The second appointment, I went in for the extensions. It was a very long appointment, but they took good care of me with some mimosas and even lunch! I can't tell you how excited I was to see the results because the before and after pictures are worth more than a thousand words!! Joemary (the owner) has been doing my pedicures for years and every single one has been amazing! It is such an enjoyable experience and I feel like I have band new feet when I leave! And she gives an awesome foot massage! I used to get manicures only a few times a year. Three years ago I got a gel manicure with Joemary and now I get one every three weeks. She does a beautiful job and the color has never chipped. Joemary is very knowledgeable as well. She focuses on every detail and never rushes. Joemary also has a great personality which makes the whole salon experience even better. I also get blowouts with Kait on a regular basis at Salon Eden. i can't go on enough about how fabulous my hair looks and feels when she's done...and I almost fall asleep during her head massage. Camren did my daughters hair and makeup for her recent dance recital. She looked absolutely beautiful and Camren managed to transform her in less than thirty minutes! Disappointed and frustrated with my experience I spent over \$500 at this salon expecting a color result that matched the photos I showed and the preferences I clearly explained. Unfortunately, the outcome was far from what I wanted. I like chunkier highlights and varied tones, but the stylist applied a toner to make everything more uniform -- exactly the opposite of what I asked for. When I voiced my concerns, the owner was initially unwilling to offer any adjustment or comp, like applying another toner. Only after I pushed back did she reluctantly agree, and it felt more like a favor than good customer service. Throughout the process, I didn't feel heard or respected. Adding to my frustration, the salon requires a 20% tip on services over \$200 -- which I paid -- but I never got the feeling that my satisfaction mattered. The owner was unapologetic and unprofessional in handling my concerns. I'm sharing this so others know what to expect. I had a great experience with Salon Eden and Ebony today! My previous stylist failed me by committing by one big no-no with my hair and sadly I can't bring myself to trust her again. So, the hunt began for a new stylist. I checked reviews, salons, walked in and out of several. Finally, I woke up and just couldn't handle my hair any more. It had to be cut, right now. I brought out my short list of salons and called Salon Eden. They squeezed me in within hours of my call, even though there was only 1 hair stylist in for the day. Brie was pleasant on the phone and at the desk; she even saved my morning with coffee. EBONY was awesome and very friendly. She gave me the exact cut I wanted and it looks and feels amazing. I found Salon Eden through Groupon at the beginning of the year. They had a great deal for a cut and color that I just couldn't pass up. I had a wonderful first visit, but because my stylist changed occupations, I was paired with the owner, Joemary. I couldn't be more thrilled with the pairing. She is the first stylist I have EVER gone back to more than once. No matter what I want done--new color, crazy cut, or products--Joemary listens and makes suggestions, then executes what I want better than what I had even imagined! The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and helpful when I call with questions. They offer you a drink and snack while you're waiting, and they've even let me use a personal phone charger while I my color was processing. There wasn't a ten star option so I had to add five of my own. Kate is by far the most exceptional stylist I have ever worked with. I have naturally curly hair that I prefer to straighten, and before finding Kait I had never left a salon feeling good about how they styled my hair. I could never leave and go about my day. I always had to return home to re-style it myself. I have tried more salons and stylists than I can count, but I am so thankful to say that the search is OVER. As long as Kait is doing hair in the Raleigh area she'll have my business. Shoot, who am I kidding....I'd drive all the hours for her to still do my hair - that chick is a rare bird. I have been going to Salon Eden for almost two years now. I happened upon the salon because of a Groupon offer and decided to give it a try. The stylist I had had my first two appointments with left and, rather than follow her, I choose to stay with Salon Eden and try another stylist. Best decision I ever made! My next appointment was with Kait and she has been my stylist ever since. From the first time in her chair, she made me feel completely at ease and I trust her completely. Sometimes she will want to tweak my color a little bit or try a different cut and I simply tell her to go for it because she is so good at what she does. Appointments with Kait are always something I look forward to, not only because I am getting pampered, but because I enjoy the time I spend with her. I am very particular about my hair and so many salons when i have changed hairdressers have messed my hair up. I went and had my hair done by Raven Law. This was no easy task i put on this woman. She did not only a cut but a complete color change. I was very specific as to what i wanted. She, the owner and a manager got together with me and we picked my color. I know stylist know better than we do, so I in trusted a lot in this stylist. I will tell you, she did an Amazing job! I am so happy with my complete color change and cut. I will be going to Salon Eden and having Raven Law do my hair from now on. I was comfortable, put to ease and made feel like she really listened to me and put her own touch on what i wanted, to make my hair look beautiful. Recently moved back to Raleigh and was looking for a place to get a mani/pedi for holiday parties. I saw a Living Social coupon for Salon Eden and decided to give it a try. I went in late one evening and received a gel manicure and classic pedicure by Selina. I've never left a review on Yelp, but given how well this mani/pedi has lasted I thought I'd leave review. As I mentioned, I recently moved back and as a result, I have been very hard on my hands...unpacking boxes, putting things away, hammering artwork into walls, constantly washing my hands, etc. My nails looks like I just had them done yesterday and it's been almost two weeks! Selina was very nice, professional, and did an amazing job. I've had manicures done at high end spas that didn't look as nice or last as long. Now I am not one to post reviews on Yelp OR one to cut my hair cut short.....BUT, since Kait at Salon Eden is so completely awesome, I have done both of those things! First of all, when I walked into the Salon, it was beautiful and I was offered a glass of wine, what could be better than that? Next, when I met Kait, she was very personable and actually fun to talk to. I think I was there for about an hour and a half and I enjoyed every minute of it. Now onto the haircut...I gave Kait very little guidance and told her to work her magic and she did a FANTASTIC job!! I was being annoying the entire time through the haircut and wondering if it would look good and she was constantly reassuring me that it would, which I needed and appreciated. I have been coming here for years and I am never disappointed. Joemary has spoiled me and I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. So far Joemary has done my hair and makeup for my 8th grade graduation, prom, and senior portraits and all of them turned out absolutely stunning. She knows exactly what I want and it always turns out looking one hundred times better than what I imagined. All of the people who work there are so friendly and great at their jobs. Camren is a wonderful stylist!!! I've been seeing her for six years now, and she is absolutely wonderful. All I do is show her a picture, or explain what I am thinking, let her take the reins, and we're off. She has dyed my hair with fashion colors, taken the color out and matched my natural hair color EXACTLY which is supposed to be impossible (not for Camren and Salon Eden), I've darkened and lightened my hair.... The list goes on and on, and she really can do it all!!! She's given me an adorable pixie cut, and she knows how to tend to my long fine hair. After many negative experiences at hair salons, I was reluctant to try Salon Eden when I received a coupon in the mail. I decided to make an appointment anyways. When I arrived, the two girls that greeted me at the desk were very friendly, and I immediately felt comfortable. The girl they gave me to cut and color my hair named Kait was amazing off the bat. The receptionist welcomed us in offering beverages and also let us know we folks wait for the stylist to be ready. Riley was right on time and presented with a great attitude and smiley disposition. I will say that when I texted Carly a photo, she confirmed that was not her intention and offered to try to correct the error. I do appreciate this. I went back in and she was able to "even" it out as best she could given the condition. It wasn't ideal, but I get it. Mistakes happen. She gave me a cost estimate at the consultation which i am really grateful for because I've experienced "sticker shock " before at hair appointments , expecting to pay one thing and getting a much higher bill at the end of the service . I will say that the prices listed on the website are very much " starting prices " . My hair service ended up being a corrective color and did take several hours , however Carly explained to me that i will be able to go for several months in between my highlighting services so in my opinion, it was well worth the money and time ! K Elizabeth had great reviews that made me decide to give it a try. Although they don't offer online scheduling, they are very flexible and made scheduling easy. It is a quaint salon off St. Mary's Street in downtown Raleigh. There is parking behind and a little on the street (if you are lucky). About 3 weeks prior to my appointment, I got silly and colored my hair with Clairol Color Crave Semi-Permanent in Scarlet; let's just say my hair was RED. This stuff lasts 15+ washes; there's an understatement. After weeks of washing, my hair was a faded red/orange ugliness. I work from home, so not too many people thought it was CRAZY. I walked in and promptly apologized to Maddie for the condition of my hair. She was concerned that highlights, etc. might damage it due to the WONKY color, but she accepted the challenge. She spent a lot of time figuring out the best way to get rid of or remove/reduce the red. After working her magic, my hair just had minimal hints of red, and looked AWESOME! I was VERY impressed with Maddie and the team at K Elizabeth. They are all very friendly, and I could have spent more time watching them interact and just have fun.

You do have to park on the street, but generally you can find parking no problem, and I do recommend calling well in advance for an appointment (especially if you're doing color), since they book up pretty fast.
