Parking was free and if you get there early, you get some close parking as well. Price of admission is really good, staff was friendly and professional. Restrooms are decent but they are not permanent(rental type restrooms). Besides being a seasonal pumpkin patch/ sunflower farm, they also have a small food fair with many options for fair food and drinks and some games for kids. Definitely recommend this place for everyone during the fall! Can't wait to go back.

Live Oak Pumpkin Patch is the place to be during pumpkin season. Their patch is honestly top tier…read more Just know going in: it's super popular now and it gets busy fast. Prices have definitely gone up -- weekend entry is around $20 -- so if you want to avoid the chaos, I 100% recommend going Monday through Thursday. Fridays through Sundays are packed. You end up parking what feels like miles away, and then you either hike it in or hop on the free shuttle. Inside, it's basically a mini fair. They've got tons of attractions, a corn maze (but heads up -- that closes early, so get there before 5 p.m.), carnival-style games, and a whole food court with all the classic fair treats. My go-to is always the kettle corn. There are tons of cute photo ops too, but if you go on a weekend, prepare to wait in line for those -- Instagram has made this place way too famous. Closer to Halloween, the crowds get wild. All that said, it's beautiful, festive, and absolutely worth checking out. Just plan ahead, expect crowds, and be ready for higher prices.

They have yummy food options, you don't have to pay to get in and the pumpkins sell for a reasonable price. The staff was all very friendly. What I love about this pumpkin patch is that 1) their prices are not gouging your pockets 2) on the weekdays it's not packed 3) it's small but it's got everything my kids love 4) it's close by I would advice to come as early as 4pm on the weekends because the line was very long when we came on Friday but luckily we got there early and beat the line

It is "free" to walk-in, but it is cash only and have a ATM machine that charges you $4-5 fee. We bought $40 worth of tickets which is not much for the kids to enjoy. They have about 5-6 bounce houses. Each one "costing" about 5-10 tickets. The other small rides which are meant for children possibly 10 and under are about 5-7 tickets. The uneven number of tickets is also frustrating so that either you don't use them or buy more. I get that it's a business, but for what they offer in my opinion it's not worth the price. They have a few food stands 2 sweets, and 4 savory. We bought funnel cake, and dubai chocolate cups. They were both super friendly pop-ups. The pumpkin patch itself also didn't have many pumpkins. I went to another pumpkin patch that had 10 jumpers $22 and endless play.

I personally loved it, it had everything my 4 year old needed to stay entertained. There was plenty of photo props, inflatables, petting zoo, games and rides. All the workers were polite, plenty of rides and not too expensive. My son had a wonderful time and I can't wait to bring him back again next year.

I have road the carousel (standing beside my child) for many years with both my kids and was never charged to "ride". This year I was charged a full price ride ($7 per person!!!) to stand on the carousel with my child. No other place does that.. we just recently visited the Irvine spectrum and their ride attendants were very confused when I clarified if I needed a ticket to stand with my child! (Each child ticket there includes an adult accompany for the children that don't meet the solo rider height).... FOOD: waited in an extremely long line for the employees to not seem to know what to do, and almost everything on the menu was not available (sold out, or on excuse was that they couldn't make a funnel cake because someone did something wrong with the frying oil?) $8 to play a single game of ring toss is not appealing.
