I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.

Based on my experience, I will not be using this dry cleaner again. I would recommend that others inspect their garments before leaving, or consider taking their clothing elsewhere.

So who knows if my pants are ever going to be found. She claimed I only took one pant to get hemmed however, the ticket shows (copy original on waist and length). And she was very hesitant to try and help me and kept insisting that there was only one piece so my answer to that was (how can you copy an original on length and waist size if there is nothing attached?) it clearly says, copy original. If you are planning to come here, make sure people are doing their job properly because it seams like they are careless. For one, the guy at the front desk really should have put two pants. He should have been more detailed but it seams like he was in a rush. If you guys don't want your clothes lost, I suggest not to come here. This post will not come down unless this is resolved. I basically have to wait until August 27th to know if they are going to reimburse me or even return my pants. I asked her if she could check her video camera and that she would check. Thank you Laura!!! This past October, I needed my bridesmaid dress (sequins and all) tailored to my very short stature and I brought the dress to this place less than a week before the wedding day. My fault for waiting until last minute but these people were very accommodating. Since the dress did have sequins all over it, a special machine was needed to tailor the bottom but no problem for Laura. They had it sent to someone who had the machine and it was finished in 2 days AND it looked amazing. Not only did they do high quality, fast work but they also charged just a fraction of what an actual tailor would have charged. I know this because the other bridesmaids paid more to have their dresses tailored, about $80, than the actual cost of the dress. I paid around $30. This place is a hidden gem that I wish I would've found years ago. My clothing always looks and smells great. They cover all the bases from same day dry cleaning to alteration emergencies. This is the only place that I know can do in alteration the very next day, most other places give you a week to two weeks wait time. Also, the owners are hard working honest people, many of times I have accidentally left work items and money in my clothing and they always return it in a small paper bag attached to the bag my clothing comes in. This dry cleaners has the best customer service. They are always friendly and my clothes are always pressed perfectly and smell clean. They don't have a strong fragrance but just a nice crisp clean smell. They are open late and offer same day service. I've never had any issues with service and my clothes are always ready on time. Every Summer when I go out and purchase shorts for the season they always have cuffed bottoms and when washed they are usually unmanageable. I'm not one to iron my clothing. I dropped my clothes off the other day and it only took a day for them to all be perfectly pressed and presentable. Rocky's ruined my dress. The inside cups were left tattered and destroyed. I didn't realize the…read moredamage until I inspected the dress at home. When I returned to the store, the man behind the counter said, "Oh right, I was wondering about that." That told me he and his team were already aware the dress had been damaged, yet no one mentioned it when they returned it to me. They didn't take responsibility, nor did they apologize. I demanded a refund, and while they did refund the cleaning cost, I would not recommend this business. I no longer trust them to properly care for delicate garments, especially items that require gentle handling.
