Sometimes I drop off items and need alterations done in 24 hours and they get it done. Their work is also really good. I'm petite and always need things altered and it comes out great every time. I came here to get quarters Back in the morning and there's very rude man was watching me and gave me lip just for getting some quarters ... assuming that I wasn't a customer when I WAS. The worst experience ever, I went for alterations and left my suits all wavy. I express my concerns and why I wasn't satisfied and the front chubby lady gave me attitude telling me it was her fault. Paid a good amount of money to make sure things got done correctly and still caught me like if she was the owner of the place when she was not. This place is decent takes a few days like any other place. But when I took my uniform and a few of my pants that were a little to wide to get taken in they hit me with this bill. So I returned the next day and decided that with that kind of bill I'll just buy all new pants. So now suddenly everything is getting done fast and can't get a refund nor my clothes. I got off work early to make sure I made it to their location before 7:00 p.m.. Only to show up and their doors are locked the lights are out. I went back the next day and told them I left work and lost money to show up before 7. The guy told me that their window clearly states they close at 6:30. So I told him I didn't have your window with me, I only had the ticket you gave me. No apology no discount no nothing. Whatever happened customer service? This is a hidden gem. I called one day before to see if I could get a shirt pressed and the kind gentleman said he could have it ready for me the next day if I needed it. I came to pick up between 3-4 just like he said and it was ready. Pressed to perfection! I am SO happy with their friendly, kind and great service that my family and I will continue bringing our clothes here. Today I was greeted by a nice woman who I picked the shirt up from and just as expected it was exactly what I was looking for. Great costumer service! I came in for alterations on a costume I had got online which fit me 2 sizes to big. So they fixed the sleeves, pressed it to get rid of wrinkles, and brought in the sides of dress. It was $20 for my alterations and $8 for the press to get rid of all the wrinkles. I'm not sure if that's a good price or not but they did a great job with great customer service and they did it ready in almost 24hrs. read more

First off, THANK YOU! I came in, last minute with the task to get my coat altered, having lost a lot of weight, I needed a LOT taken off the sides. My event was the following day and I asked if by the slightest chance, we can push for it to be put on rush, she said, "of course, I'll ask, I'm sure it won't be a problem." Following morning, I get a phone call, it's ready! I plenty of tasks to do, this one being last minute, was no longer an issue! Thank you thank you! The alteration came back PERFECT with enough room for later times. It's definitely a small place, but I walk by and they are quick to help their customers. My daughter needed her prom dress altered, and it was kinda last minute due to a late mail delivery. So we had gone to 2 different "tailors" nearby in Rancho Cucamonga. Needless to say they were rude and immediately told us no, that they couldn't do it. So I came back into Ontario and stopped here. Laura was so helpful, and I asked if I can pick up the dress Saturday. She responded immediately with a "yes". We did the fitting and as we gave her our information for pick-up, I asked about picking-up again on Saturday, suggested an afternoon pick-up. She said no you can pick-up early, in the morning, I was shocked. Great news!...I asked about the cost and she said she would call me back tomorrow with the price. Needless to say I was expecting a high fee due to the time constraint and the formal attire. So we had not heard back from Laura by Friday afternoon, so I had my daughter call. Laura answered and informed her we could pick the dress up now. It was 2pm on Friday...IT WAS DONE ALREADY! So we went to pick it up. It was great, and it was only $22.00.
