This review long overdue. Tina's Dry Cleaner is truly a gem in this area of Ontario...and beyond. Outstanding service, fair prices, quick turnaround time, and of course, excellent work. My husband and I took a chance with our dry cleaning while we were residents in Ontario many years ago due to the convenient location and overall great reviews from fellow Yelpers. It was one of the best decisions we made and, though we don't live in Ontario anymore, we still make the drive to use Tina's Dry Cleaner when we're in the Inland Empire and need the service. Tina's Dry Cleaner is located off of Grove Avenue in a shopping center with several others businesses. Though the overall look of the shopping center leaves a lot to be desired, the area seems to be safe overall and our dry cleaning services with Tina's have never been compromised. There is plenty of free parking in front of and around Tina's, so making it in and out of the shop to drop off and pick up your belongings should not be an issue. Their work is always great, but the service is fantastic. Every time we stop by, Tina and/or her husband always greet us with the warmest hello. Tina's Dry Cleaner is one of our favorite small businesses in the area. I highly recommend to give them a try if you're looking for a reliable, good, and affordable dry cleaner. read more

We found Tina's on Yelp and gave them a try for our tailoring needs. We had suits and bridal dresses to be tailored and Tina's did a wonderful job with really great pricing. She also turned around all of our items quickly with personal attention to detail in their work. We were so happy, and after seeing the pricing for other services, we decided to bring our dry cleaning here too. Again, great service at a great price. I didn't like this place. You could see two different lines of sewing where they hemmed the jeans. Don't know why they didn't sew where the other line was. The hem also didn't seem straight. They only pinned the pants in one place. They said the original hem wasn't straight. Why not tell me to see what I wanted them to do before hemming the pants. Two pairs of pants and the soonest was 6 days. I never had any other pants shortened where you could see the place they sewed them above the original hem. read more

The lady who I assume runs this shop is so sweet. I needed to get a suit cleaned, and this place came up on here, so I thought I would give it a shot. The price was extremely reasonable, and the quality of the dry clean was way better than other places I have been and paid more at. Tina also gave my little boy a page of stickers just because. I mean, I know he's cute, but when shops are particularly kind to kids, it always warms my heart. 10/10. Love love love this shop. I was considering a "brand name" dry cleaning service that was closer to me but I found that Tina's prices were half the cost. Plus it being a small business, I wanted to try her out. I brought in a women's suit jacket and a large heavy coat to dry clean Tuesday evening and it was ready by Friday morning. I'm so glad I did as she took great care of my pieces and they were pressed to perfection. Excellent service, care, and prices. Made an appointment and went here for a last minute wedding dress emergency. My previous tailor did a terrible job on the bustle, so I went here to get it fixed. I went in and did a fitting right in front, they have a curtain style dressing room in the corner. She pinned it up and it looked great. She then readjusted my bra cups as they were too low. We were done in about 15 minutes. I got my ticket and price and was told to pick up in a week. I picked it up and paid a week later, very affordable compared to a bridal shop. It turned out amazing! Great place to get your clothes altered & dry cleaned, customer service , and price( for my needs)! I came in with a bridesmaid dress that was really messed up, stitching was off, dress too long and the original place I got the dress from sized me wrong, the dress didn't zip up all the way (at least without breaking). I was in need of a miracle and this place gave it to me. They added hooks in the back of the dress so it fits better and added a belt. Nothing is always perfect but this places sure got pretty close!
