If I could give Juan 10 stars I would!!! Ill save ALL the details but we had a long term leak in our master bathroom area. Our insurance wouldn't cover it AND THEN sent a letter stating that I needed to have mold remediation done. I found Inland Restoration through Yelp and decided to give them a call because of their amazing reviews. I called on a Friday, Juan came out the following Monday at 8am. He was right on time (he even texted 30 minutes before hand to say that he was on his way). He was wearing a mask and super friendly. He immediately got to work and scanned our ceiling. He determined there was no mold or moisture in the ceiling. Juan said he would write his findings for us so that we can submit that to the insurance company. He even gave us the name and phone number for a trusted contractor that he has used multiple times in the past. Juan did not charge me a dime to come and check out the work!! I am blown away by him! It is so hard to find good people that don't want to take advantage of you in a bad situation. He is a great person and if I NEED anything else I would reach out to him in a heartbeat! I couldn't be more happier with 'Inland Restoration'...My mom lives 100 miles from me in the high desert, during COVID our goal is to keep her safe she is battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer, her immune system is so compromised by the chemo. My sister and her husband moved in to help out, we are my mothers caregivers, I drive out twice a week. Recently my sister and her husband were involved in a horrible freeway accident, my sister's injuries were minor compared to her husband's. My brother-in-law was paralyzed from the neck down, after many surgeries and therapy his improvements are drastic, but his health is still at risk...So our lives have drastically changed in an instant. Well I must say this company definitely went above and beyond to assist me and in actuality it wasn't anything extra it's just great quality service! Honest and trustworthy service! We had a suspicious spot on a ceiling beam two stories up. Juan connected us to an environmental company to test for mold, then came out when we got the results to inspect and explain the report. It turned out not to be mold, but just some roofing paper that had slipped down, but he climbed up and fixed the paper as well as inspected the roof around the chimney to make sure it wasn't leaking.
