When I walked in I fell in love. What a beautiful restaurant with great lighting and a vibe. The first night we ate indoors and the next I came alone and ate on the patio listening to a super singer. The Service: Olivia handled our indecision effortlessly, guiding us through the menu and pacing the meal right. They managed to snag us the coziest booth in the house since it was our anniversary and they went out of their way to make it special. Appetizers: The Catfish Fritto was legitimately great--crunchy, properly seasoned, and cooked so the fish didn't dry out. The cheese bread hit the right notes with a crisp crust and a chewy center. Entrees: The salmon was seared properly and stayed moist, served alongside Brussels sprouts that stole the show (order them if they aren't on your plate already). The meatball pizza was good, but ordering it with the cheese bread was redundant carb-heavy overlap. The house pasta was a standout--properly al dente and worth coming back for solo. Dessert: The crème brûlée nailed the execution. They obviously torched it right before serving, leaving a warm crust and a properly chilled custard underneath. I came here with a big group of people. I can say we didn't have to wait too long for anything and the service was decent. The food was just ok to me. We ordered a few apps. Their app portion sizes are not for big groups so make sure you order accordingly. I ordered the 27 layered lasagna and that could not have been more false advertisement! Brand new residents to the area and thrilled to have dined at Inman Social for our first night out! The atmosphere was welcoming and upscale, we didn't have a reservation so decided to eat at the bar which was a great choice. Our bartender, Hailey, was attentive, made a perfect martini with hand stuffed blue cheese olives, and was an adorable delight! Her recommendations were spot on - we shared the focaccia and local salad special with a zesty vinaigrette, and the meatball was a generous portion and stellar. My husband had the seared salmon on a bed of incredible roasted brussel sprouts, both the best we have found in Tennessee. But the BIG winner was the daily homemade pasta special of locally grown zucchini tortellini plated on top of a sauce that we would have licked off the plate if we weren't trying to make a good first impression! :) Chef Wesley True is in a class above most of the fine dining establishments in Nashville and South Florida. our server was outstanding. she was patient and attentive and very helpful, i truly appreciate her. when i asked for a cup of coffee she went and brewed me a fresh batch and even had a few recommendations of wine for my mother when she asked. while the food took an extraordinarily amount of time to come out (from the time we received the cheesy bread to when my chicken limone was placed in front of me, 40 minutes had passed), it was absolutely delicious. i don't know if it was worth the wait time, but the presentation and taste was great. i loved that lemon sauce on the chicken and my mom's brussel sprouts were my favorite thing at the table. the cheesy bread was hot and clearly made fresh. based on the length of time it took to prepare our food, i skipped on dessert just so we could leave, but i definitely would like to return on a different night and try the tart or gelato. on top of all of that, the place was beautifully decorated for the holidays and it was quiet and clean, and very well maintained. read more

We were seated waited 20 minutes to not be greeted by server finally gave up and walked out.

We were traveling through Cleveland on our way to Chattanooga and wanted to grab dinner. After a quick yelp search, we decided to stop in at Inman Social. We knew they opened at 5pm and arrived a few minutes early to find the doors open and 10 or so people waiting inside to be seated. The hostess immediately greeted us and asked if we had a reservation, to which we replied no. She said that wasn't a problem and we joined the others waiting to be seated. The interior is beautifully decorated and is warm and welcoming. We were seated within a few minutes and provided menus. Matthew came to our table and introduced himself. We are in the habit of asking our servers about their recommendations and Matthew went above and beyond giving us several great options to choose from. We chose to start with the big meatball and housemade foccacia bread appetizers which Matthew helped us to select. I chose the chicken parmesan for my entree while my wife chose the goat cheese and ricotta agnolotti pasta which again, Matthew had highly recommended. My wife appreciated his input because this would be something my wife said she would have read the description and been intrigued to order but perhaps not try. Our appetizers arrived and both looked incredible. The foccaccia bread looked like pillows of deliciousness. We started with the meatball and thought the flavor was super yummy. The foccacia bread was also incredible and my wife enjoyed the accompaniment of oil while I dipped in the marinara sauce from the meatball. Our meals arrived in a timely manner and to say the chicken parmesan was huge would be an understatement, WOW, I've never in my life seen a bigger piece of chicken parmesan. My wife's dish was much smaller but she was just fine with that. We immediately dug in and each and every bite was delicious. Matthew came to check on us several times and we raved to him about our experience. We also ordered a slice of cheesecake for later because we couldn't resist. Absolutely an incredible meal. Loved everything about Inman Social and Matthew is top notch. If you find yourself in or around Cleveland, do yourself a favor and stop in, reservations recommended. read more

I wanted pizza and this is one of the places listed online with a good review. We enjoy simple, but good food, and decided to give it a try. When we first entered we were greeted with a smile. The place is very nice, intimate and seemed perfect for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. The server was excellent and very patient with finding out about me wanting a pizza with whatever toppings I wanted; instead of the several specialty pizzas listed on the menu. I am very "picky" about pizza. I always say that if an Italian restaurant can make a superb pizza; then the rest of their dishes are usually excellent. I ordered my pepperoni and extra onions pizza and didn't have to wait too long for it. The server came back as we were halfway done and asked if everything tasted good and I asked him if he wanted the truth and he stated yes. The pepperoni was extremely salty and overpowered the taste of everything else and the dough was super tough and chewy. I forgot to address the Dr Pepper which was flat, needed more carbonation and less of the syrup, but I drank it. I removed the pepperoni and that helped appreciate the taste of the tomatoes which I believe are Marzano. Wish they used uncured pepperoni, which is mildly salted and has a great flavor. Would I be back? Probably not, but I hope the rest of their dishes are better than their pizza. read more

We made last minute reservations on a Saturday evening and was lucky to get in! Parking was abundant and the place is located in what looks like a shopping center. Don't let that fool you. The restaurant is warm and inviting. Staff was delightful. This is a great place for a quiet date or an after work relief. We had some delicious oysters. My only ehhh was that they were not as cold as they should be. I was hesitant to eat them but I dug in after the 1st one. We had their smash burger with truffle fries--by far some of the most delicious fries I've ever had. We also had the lemon chicken scallopini. It was great but I'd come back for the burger and fries! Drove over an hour to get here and it was worth it. It is a pricey place, so would not be my "go-to" even if I lived close. The server (sadly I forget her name Hailee or Kaylee?) was great, as were other staff. Appetizers were the large meatballs and focaccia bread. Our table had chicken parm, the local wild mushroom pasta and the lobster shrimp pasta. All four of us enjoyed our dishes. A small complaint is the mushroom pasta had a spiciness to it that wasn't expected based on the menu description. Atmosphere was lovely. It's difficult to get great service and food but this place hit the mark. From reading a prior review, I made a reservation days in advance for 1 at 6:00 PM on a Friday. This allowed me to be seated immediately. They offer indoor and outdoor seating, and I took indoor seating. The restaurant was starting to fill up when I arrived, so I imagine it gets pretty busy on Fridays. My server was Lauren, who was very friendly and informative about the establishment. She gave some info about the chef, like how he had apparently cooked with some famous chefs like Gordon Ramsey, and how the chef was apparently the Tennessee representative for some cooking competition. The chef won said competition with the Catfish Fritto dish that's on the menu (under Appetizers). Regarding the bathroom, it was 1 urinal and 1 stall. The bathroom was very upscale and well kept. It offered both paper towels and hand blowers for drying your hands, and it even offered hand lotion (something I've never seen in a restaurant bathroom before). The only down-side was that there was only 1 sink. For dinner, I ordered the Potato Pizza, which took 15 minutes and 37 seconds to arrive. That was faster than I expected since the menu made mention how the pizzas are made fresh and indicated that they might take some time to make. According to my server Lauren, all the pizzas are 10-inches except for the Garlic Cheesy Bread, which is smaller. The Potato Pizza comes topped with a bunch of arugula, and honestly, its a bit much. I decided to eat the arugula separately from each slice, and then I ate the slice (though this does mean I got plenty of leafy greens, so no need for a salad). The pizza was incredible. I also ordered a dessert, specifically the Vanilla Creme Brulee, which took 5 minutes and 23 seconds to arrive. The dessert was wonderful. Some other things I'll share are that the restaurant has special food and wine offerings it offers either daily or for a few days in a row. The food special for the Friday I went was escargot, which was tempting, but I wanted to try the Potato Pizza. As for the wine offering, I don't drink, but even if I did, I doubt I'd take it since you have to buy the whole bottle. My server Lauren told me how the chef apparently makes food for the staff, so they all get to have a nice dinner together. So, it sounds like Inman Social is a great place to work. Lastly, the restaurant has birthday specials. Specifically, you get a free dessert and a free glass of bubbly wine for your birthday. Overall, Inman Social was spectacular and I'll need to come back again. read more
