I called at 9 am and was told there was an opening at 12 and 3pm . I choose 3 pm .They took a $40 deposit over the phone. When I arrived I was told my appointment was at 12. Sorry there is no way they can see me . I asked for my money back and was told I have to wait for about an hour . But then he couldnt find my deposit . I pulled up my bank statement showing I paid. He had my deposit down for a totally different person . This is the 2nd time i booked an appointment over the phone with him and it was wrong. I was a bit apprehensive, but it went so smooth from start to finish! It was not at all what I envisioned; there's nothing uncomfortable about it and the process is explained to you before it starts. It's so important to be relaxed when you're getting the procedure done. Since it's by appointment only it's very serene from the moment you arrive. You fill out some basic paperwork and then go in to the release room and change from the waist down to get ready. The room has dim lighting, essential oils going, a warmed up bed and everything was set up and ready to go. The whole process was awesome! You're on your back the whole time, which I was surprised about, but it made it more relaxing. Gabby and I talked the whole time, which made it go by quick. We both also got great info about 'eating for our blood type,' which I've heard a bit about. We will get our blood tested next time and buy the book in order to know what we should be eating. We are looking forward to having our daughters eat for their blood type as well even though they are still very young :) My husband and I scheduled a second and third appointment for each of us right away. You get a better deal when you schedule and pay for 3 sessions as opposed to just one. It's also recommended to do all 3 sessions in one week. I never leave reviews, but here I am! The receptionist at this place is horrible. I had an appointment scheduled for 12 today but called at 10am to reschedule due to a last minute emergency. He told me what days he had available but said there would be an additional $60 fee due to me not coming to my appointment today. I asked why since I already paid $60 deposit. He said "If you read our forms, you would've saw this jn the forms." I simply replied "What forms? I called in for an appointment and paid the deposit fee, I never received a form from you guys." He says "You were told that the deposit "guarantees" you show up." I told him I'm aware of what a deposit is but never signed anything or discussed what he's saying was discussed. He immediately starts talking over me saying " I'm not going to argue with you over $60. We've been in this business for x amount of years, and never have any issues. Ppl understand this is just something you pay!" My reply was " I'm not arguing with you Sir, I'm simply communicating with you and repeating to you EXACTLY What you said to me over the phone when my appointment was scheduled!" He started speaking over me again telling me how he's not about to argue with me! Like seriously? What am I missing here? It wasn't about the $60, it was about his tone and how he was speaking to me all because i was able to recall what our exact conversation was and how he in fact never mentioned a rescheduling fee, and I never received any forms...basically asking questions! DO BETTER! I have no problem paying cancellation fees but don't make it seem as if we discussed things we didn't discuss and then get mad because I call you out on us in fact not discussing that at all. All I wanted to know was why I had to pay an additional $60 for rescheduling on top of the $60 I've already paid, for a $150 service. I started doing some liver flushes and it was highly suggested to get a colonic before and after. I had never had a colonic and I was not sure I wanted to. I was a bit Apprehensive. My trip to the "Colonic Whisperer" (Cece) was exactly what I expected, it was the most comfortable experience ever!
