This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and what made it truly awful…read morewas how the owner, Britt, handled it afterward. The appointment itself was already a mess. My sister and I had scheduled 5:00 PM appointments, arrived early, and still waited over an hour before our IVs were even started, with only ONE other customer there. No communication, no check-ins, nothing. At one point my sister pressed the call button multiple times because she urgently needed to use the restroom and was literally stuck with an IV in her arm, and no one came for nearly 20 minutes. We didn't leave until 7:15 PM. Over two hours for something that should have taken about an hour. I was already sick and this experience made it worse. But honestly, the real issue is how Britt handled it after. Instead of taking accountability, she immediately jumped to excuses. She blamed "unforeseen circumstances," another guest, prep time, anything but her own business operations. Even when we clearly explained that we had scheduled appointments and there was only one other person there, she continued to deflect. Then came the communication issues, which were honestly shocking for a business owner. She ignored our emails for days at a time, pushed for phone calls but would only offer weekend availability even after we repeatedly said we were only available on weekdays, and then justified it by saying weekends were the only time she could talk because she has kids. While I can empathize with being busy, that is not the customer's responsibility to accommodate, especially when it is her business that failed. At one point, after a full week of no response, she replied to our availability with a single word: "Ok." That alone tells you everything you need to know about how seriously she takes her customers. She also tried to shift blame onto us, saying there may have been a "lack of communication" on our end and even questioning whether we actually pressed the call button, despite us clearly stating we did multiple times. Being told "our staff said that didn't happen" instead of addressing the issue is incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. And after all of this, she flat out refused a refund, stating "you both received the therapies you ordered" and ended the conversation with "I think it's time for us to move on." That is not how you treat paying customers, especially loyal ones. This was not just a bad appointment. It was a complete failure in customer care, accountability, and professionalism from the top down. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else.

I have never felt more dismissed by a business owner in my life…read more My sister and I booked 5:00 PM appointments and arrived early, only to sit there for over an hour before anything even started. There was just one other client in the entire place, yet no one checked on us, no one communicated what was going on, and we were left completely in the dark. Our IVs were not started until well after 6:00 PM. Once we were finally hooked up, the experience only got worse. I finished before my sister and urgently needed to use the restroom. I pressed the call button multiple times and waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to come remove my line. Being stuck in a chair, unable to move, and unable to get assistance is unacceptable in any setting, especially one that claims to be in the health and wellness space. We didn't leave until around 7:15 PM. What should have been a straightforward appointment turned into a two plus hour ordeal with zero care or urgency shown toward us. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been going to Replenish for years and have spent hundreds of dollars there. Despite being a long-time, loyal customer, my complaint was not taken seriously in the end. But the most shocking part was dealing with Britt, the owner. Instead of taking responsibility, she immediately went into excuse mode. She blamed timing, another guest, prep work, anything she could think of. When we pushed back with the actual timeline and facts, she continued to deflect and downplay the situation. Her communication was incredibly unprofessional. She would disappear for days, then come back pushing for phone calls but only offering weekend availability, even though we clearly told her multiple times we were only available on weekdays. She justified this by explaining her personal schedule, which again, is not the customer's problem when we are trying to resolve an issue her business caused. At one point, after not responding for a week, she replied to our message with a single "Ok." I genuinely could not believe that came from a business owner. She also tried to turn the situation back on us, suggesting there was a "lack of communication" on our end and even questioning whether we had pressed the call button, which we did repeatedly. Being told that their staff "didn't hear it" instead of addressing the failure is incredibly dismissive. In the end, she refused to issue a refund and instead told us "you both received the therapies you ordered" and that she thinks "it's time for us to move on." That level of disregard for paying customers says everything. This experience was not just disappointing, it was handled poorly at every level, especially by the owner. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

Today I stopped in to ask if Dr. Aimee could perform an injection for sciatica and to make sure they had this medicine in stock. Just that question only, before I went to the emergency room. What I experienced was a total different no customer service attitude response to my kindness and concern. This is nothing like the medical professional service that we are use to experiencing. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes before I was greeted. Once the young lady appeared I was immediately given an attitude for no reason and she would not make eye contact nor apologize for keeping us waiting as three employees were laughing and socializing. They looked at us and we looked at them through the entry door window that leads back to the treatment area. I asked if I could call her right quick on the phone she said no. I said I could email her. She will not assist with that. She said if I did they would get back to me in a few days as I'm standing there with no one in the waiting room and no patients coming or going. She told me I would have to pay $150 and then she would see me (Dr. Aimee.) Super unprofessional all around. It is very disappointing as I am in tremendous pain and wanted to see a physician I could trust. My family and I will not be coming back.

The administrative staff is rude and combative, especially the office manager. My last visit was a follow-up for blood work, which somehow took an hour. The office manager, who was not wearing a mask, would not let my partner accompany me inside due to Covid. One would think that she would be wearing a mask if Covid was a concern, but alas. They sent my pharmacy conflicting prescriptions, the blood work left a bruise for over a week, every appointment take at least an hour, usually closer to 2 hours, you spend all of your time waiting in a room before talking to a PA for maybe 5 minutes. It's an all around awful experience.

I have used Dr. Talley, the chiropractor at Morningside, for years and when he recommended her to me, I decided "why not?". I was completely miserable with multiple symptoms. I had been to many doctors and not gotten any relief. I had no expectation that it would actually work but I was becoming suicidal and would try anything at that point. Kimberly was very easy to talk to. I know I sounded crazy because I had so many symptoms. One of the major ones was a severe insomnia I had been experiencing for 2 months. I was extremely tired, and nervous about having to take Lunesta to get any sleep at all. I was very fidgety and anxious whenever I tried to rest. Kimberly said that due to the severity of my symptoms (the insomnia wasn't all), she would need to see me at least weekly for 5 or 6 weeks in a row in order to get results. The first session was relaxing. She gave me some herbs called Best Rest, to take home. They have a combination of melatonin, chamomile, hops, GABA, valerian, etc. The herbs were very helpful. She also advised me to cut my caffeine and sugar to reduce my anxiety. At the time I needed 2 of the herb pills per night. By the end of the 6 weeks, my sleep was much much better! I continued to see her every two weeks for a while and have now gone to 3-4 weeks between sessions. The other major symptom she has helped me with is the incredible problems I had as my hormones changed. I am 48 and was beginning to have signs in 2015 of perimenopause. I have always suffered from depression (I take Zoloft and get therapy), and some definite PMS. However, in 2015 my PMS became PMDD. I had about 4 days a month where I could barely function. I cried constantly and wanted to die. It was frightening. The insomnia, of course, exacerbated this. As I continued to see Kimberly, my symptoms continued to lessen. By November of 2015, I started to have periods and be surprised by them because I had not experienced the hell beforehand. I get very tired in the days before I start, but I am not having the food cravings, tears, anxiety, or suicidal thoughts. It is now early March of 2016 and I cannot believe how much better life is. I was absolutely terrified last year and the doctors had no options for me but birth control pills, which I hated, and Lunesta, which is no substitute for actually being able to sleep. I am now well rested, catching up at work, and so relieved not to fear my periods. While I can sleep without the Best Rest, I do still take a capsule each night for better rest. I would highly recommend trying Kimberly. Re insurance: My BCBS policy covers visits to her. I pay my co-pay, and she files the claim. BCBS mails the check to me and I have to sign them over to Kimberly. This has something to do with her being out of network because they only accept M.D.s in the network.

The best news is that the office is attached to AMC and is less than a mile from our residence. That definitely sweetened the deal for us, too. The team at Intown is awesome. They do an amazing job of balancing incoming families and make everyone feel so welcome. Their team is made up of five different practitioners and each visit is with a different midwife. They are all very kind and have different personalities, but their level of professionalism is all the same. Huge high-five to Lindley who made us feel really comfortable on our first visit. She was just the best. So far, we've only visited twice and my wife had her labs done, general checkup, heard our baby's heartbeat, and we have also done a few of the group discussions. The group sessions are really nice and can give some great insight. For us, they have been really cool and comforting with this being our first go at bringing another human into the world. I'll definitely update my review in the coming months. Really happy to be in the kind care of these folks!
