My boyfriend and I have always wanted to try the float tanks. I decided to get us and hour long session. The minute we walked in, we were welcomed by the most comforting scent and the nicest host. He gave us a tour and set us up in our rooms after explaining the instructions for the tank. NOTE: DO NOT FORGET TO PUT YOUR EARPLUGS IN BEFORE YOU GET WET. I struggled to get them to stay in my ears after I got wet. Also, remember this is salt water. If you need to run your eyes, don't forget to wipe your hand or spray with the clean water provided. The music was very subtle and soft as were the lights. I recommend trying all options. I enjoyed the lights and music off for a while. I was really impressed by this place. It is clean, professional, and the staff are very accommodating. I've had three services here, two floats and a facial. I was impressed by every single one. I felt like they went above and beyond to make me comfortable during my short wait before my float by offering me snacks, water, and a heated back pillow. The esthetician for my facial was very professional and courteous as well and was consciencious of pressure and temperature to ensure my comfort. It is clear that the employees here really focus on customer service. I will be back for another service soon. read more

My brilliant staff gave me a gift certificate, so I scheduled a 30 minute float with a 60 minute massage. Now this is how to take a vacation day! The space is nothing short of gorgeous, so well thought out, so beautifully appointed. Truly an oasis. I was welcomed warmly by the owner, and guided through my experience "like a friend". I purchased (2) floats in December which had a very small expiration date stated on the bottom of the receipt. When I went to book the floats for my husband and I, I was informed they expired (within 60 days) and was directed to look at the receipt. I was never informed when I purchased the two floats that they would expire. They said they would honor one of them - my husband went in for his float "experience" only to have it be a negative experience when they told my husband we can have a small credit for that second float and argued their policy and that we should have checked the expiration. I'm not sure what kind of "peaceful atmosphere" they are trying to put out there but speaking to a customer and not honoring the money they paid for a float prior to their "relaxing experience" is not the way I would conduct business. Not only would I have honored that second float but I would have reissued a float for the first guest that had a tainted experience because of their employee. We all work hard for our money so when a business decides to not honor something you already paid for - I cannot support this type of business. If the employees were only trained to verbally inform customers of their expiration policy, maybe that would be more productive than literally taking people's money. Sad. read more

My boyfriend and I have been talking about trying this place out for a month or two. I was worried about being claustrophobic. One of the owners walked us around and showed us everything. My fears immediately died after I saw how spacious the floating container was. I wasn't even planning on joining my boyfriend but I'm so glad I did. I can't even explain how relaxed I am right now. I received a gift certificate for Christmas for a 60-minute float. I was a little nervous about going in for the experience as I had never done anything of the sort. I need not be worried as the staff member on-site was extremely helpful with walking me through the entire process. The float itself was extremely relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterward! Today was my first experience with float therapy and I enjoyed it! I was skeptical. I was well relaxed. I anticipated needing a massage after the float therapy. But to my surprise I did not. I usually get deep tissue massages. I told my family and friends. The facility is very clean and nicely decorated. Staff very pleasant and professional. The online booking was super easy and everything I got for the price was nothing short of amazing.
