He removed four of them, and gave me NO ANTIBIOTICS neither medicine for the pain (which even the nurse there asked him if he was sure) he also never said that being many years on birth control can increase chances of infection. Three days after the procedure my jaw was locked and I couldn't eat. So I made an appointment with him. When I arrived the nurse looked worried, I was already crying with pain, he just gave me antibiotics and meds for the pain. However at that time ( a week after the procedure ( since I couldn't even open my mouth I'm sure he knew I needed to go to the hospital. Which he did not. Not only this was NEGLIGENCE but this guy had the nerve to claim our insurance in the US, even though I paid him for the procedure in Mexico he found a way for our insurance to pay for him too in the United States. Please be careful, I was 15 days at the hospital, had two surgeries and it was horrible and painful, I couldn't move my jaw and the infection moved to my neck, they had to open my cheek and neck and sew tubes to them to clean the infection.

Everyone is bilingual and access from the border is quite easy with their driver service. Manny, their driver, is friendly, and always there when you are ready to be picked up or returned to the border. With the new southern border crossing point your walk is quite short to the pickup point. And of course, costs are anywhere from 30-50% less than is typically found in the States. Insurance is accepted. And in our case, Delta Dental, reimbursement is quite easy when submitting and out of network claim form. There are lot's of choices for dentists in Tijuana. Some will provide lower costs, other's not. We are quite happy with out decision and look forward to many more years as patients.

They reschedule through text and answer any questions through text. Also last time I checked out, one of the ladies at the front desk (couldn't catch her name) was talking to her coworker in front of me for like a good 3 minutes and it was completely unrelated to my visit. I felt like I was a burden burdening their conversation, and she asked me with the most annoyed tone if I was free a month out after they were done. Not "hi, I can help you right here" or "did you get everything you needed today?" Like I'm burdening you with your 3 minutes of conversation?
