Great beers! Great atmosphere! I'm in town every other year for a class and this is a guaranteed stop! They host neat little community events like plant sales, artist shows, paint & sip, etc. This time it was a grown up book fair! We love to sit by the river. So nice! read more

Decent selection of their own beers, but none particularly notable. No liquor and no food, but there is a food truck just outside. Indoor and outdoor seating, with nice river view on one side. Staff were okay. Only thing was, both days we were in Dillsboro and visited there, they were playing loud rap music over the speakers, and this to 100% white, middle-aged and senior customers with their children and grandchildren, none of whom wanted to listen to that. This caused me to leave after one drink on both occasions and use the nearby tavern instead. read more

Wonderful IPA beer, friendly staff, clean venue and s great relaxation by the river. The only disappointment was the food truck on my visit- It had the name Chili and was Mexican food. What is annoying is when the signs for products are not professional made and you can tell a sharpie has been used to change prices a few times- nothing worse then knowing you could of had your food cheaper in the past. Great beer and tap house though just hope they get better food trucks read more

We always make time on our visits to stop by Innovation Station. After Concerts on the Creek in Sylva, my husband and I decided to extend our evening out here. I enjoyed a ginger beer, while my husband enjoyed a cider. We sat out on the picnic tables and enjoyed listening to the river and watching the lightning bugs. We even visited with a family who was also vacationing nearby. The bartender was knowledgeable and friendly. We left with a couple shirts, stickers, and metal sign for our game room at home. Looking forward to our next visit in December! read more

Great atmosphere by the river. Good solid beer selection. Go to the bar to order your beer. No food but plenty of restaurants nearby and they had a food truck. Got a flight of sour red, nitro Irish stout, peach a peno, paws Pilsner. Liked all of them. Fun place to spend a Friday afternoon. Lots of parking. read more

Food truck typically here, huge open spaces for plenty of guests. They have a lot of merch for sale and it seems they have a lot of cool events going on. When we got here it was Taylor Swift trivia - so cool! Staff were very friendly and helpful with letting us try different samples. read more

Stopped in after dinner in the area because it looked like a great space. Plenty of beer and drink options, but honestly nothing that I loved. The hazy IPA was very thick and hard to get down. The Oktoberfest was nothing special. I should have tried a slushy! No food here, not much seating inside but plenty outside. The night we went there was some kind of party going on so it was a bit obnoxious. I thought it was both weird and hilarious that Bob Ross was playing on the TV at the bar?! Not my favorite place or beer in the area but glad we checked it out. read more

My wife and I had a layover in Dillsboro for an hour. We took the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad train (which was awesome, and I left a review for them). Anyways, I highly recommend stopping here for a drink. The staff is extremely friendly. They'll let you sample a beer before you buy it if you choose. I just wish we had more time there, and wish there were more places like this one! read more

Nice outdoor seating area, good selection of beverages. Don't forget to try their ginger ale or kombucha. Pet friendly. Access to Dillsboro is currently a tad dicey due to road construction. Drive carefully. read more

Has atmosphere as well as a variety of ales, ciders, wines and non-alcoholic beverages. Service is excellent, with complimentary tastings to determine what is best for YOU! Pinot Grigio was good, but the Bold Rock Apple Cider was my choice for its extra sweetness. Friends got the Bear Lake Brown and a number 19, both satisfying for them. Not sweet. Man has Dillsboro/Sylva grown since my college days at WCU. This place is pretty cool though, right along the river, not crowded and pretty good beer! Was definitely a neat find. We had a small group when we went but the service is quick, beer is good, and the atmosphere is great. read more

Great local brewery! We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and amount of beers on tap for this small town brewery. We each ordered a flight, 4 beers. They also have wine on tap for those non beer drinkers. Plenty of outdoor seating, a small portion of which overlooks a river (creek??). Their bathrooms are clean and nice. My favorite was the double IPA. read more

Original in Sylva is a great place, but we love the new digs in Dillsboro! Beer is great, and service is fantastic. Cory took great care of us. Come for great beer, and have the pulled pork tacos from the Canteen next door. read more

The Dillsboro inno is definitely a good time. There is a lot of space for activities and it's right by a small stream which adds to the scene. Plenty of great beers on tap as well! I recommend for a group of people to come here for a good time especially on a beautiful day. There is also a small restaurant that's connected that will deliver the food to after you walk and order there! If you have not been I suggest you go on your next day off! read more

Food, beer amazing We came in on a train ride and this was the only place open, the train materials didn't mention it at all but we wish they had!!!! The beer and sandwiches were great and the Noble Cherry Cider was my favorite! Emily waited on us. Bear Lake Brown was my husbands favorite! Dad liked the porter. 10/10 read more

We adore this place. We've been here many, many times. The beer selection is phenomenal, and new seasonal beers are always being added. The space is amazing. Large, wide-open, and next to a river. The restaurant next door, Forager's Canteen, will deliver food to you. Really great. read more

Great new taproom in town! Nice bar inside as well as plenty of patio seating out front and an awesome side patio right above the creek. Tons of different beers to choose from as well as ciders and wine so they have something for everyone. Also Foragers Canteen next door will deliver food to the taproom. read more
