Paul's team did an excellent job repairing my 6 unit split unit heat pump. The original installer did a poor job installing and the leaks caused the eventual failure of the system in only a couple of years of usage. For this issue we had some interactions with other HVAC companies, our original installer ignored us, some company said my warranty doesn't work any more because they haven't serviced it annually, one company gave the wrong diagnosis, etc etc. Really appreciate Paul's honesty and his team's expertise. Absolutely outstanding. Our 22 year old furnace just stopped- it was so cold, and a Saturday morning. Other companies tried to talk us into waiting until Monday (while setting us up to be ready to replace the while thing). It really felt like a scare tactic. I agree with the other reviewer, if I could give 6 stars, I would as well. Paul was great from the start. Easy to communicate with, clear on expectations and did the job on time. We have a rental property and it can be frustrating to deal with scheduling a third party operator/repair service to come fix an issue at the house with our time not allowing us to be there. Paul just made it super convenient by giving us the time he would be there (was not even a minute late), showed up, did the job and emailed me the invoice. Super convenient. Our tenants said he was kind, did the job and cleaned up afterwards. The price we got was about average -- it was higher than two companies that came back with bids but lower than many others. If I can give 6 stars, I will definitely do. Paul is very professional, very reasonable, proposed a suitable A/C to me per my house size which he thought the expensive machine was not necessary. Paul's team arrived at my home on time, spent almost 7 hours to install the A/C including wiring new cables. They put sheet cover to protect the carpet, the whole process was very professional, well organized. I'm super happy with Innovative and the A/C. Highly recommend Innovative Air. Paul was thorough in his work. He was very professional and knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue in the furnace and got it to working condition as soon as he could. Paul identified that the previous guy we had called, messed up the wiring , bypassed all safety checks(which was also confirmed by an individual electrician). Being stuck in the cold, despite having space heaters in a small room, with an infant and toddler is no fun. Can't thank Paul enough. I can't say enough about Paul and his team at Innovative Air. They came on time and ready to install a new furnace, heat pump and hot water heater. They were quiet and respectful during the install. When they came in the house to go into the crawl space or install the new thermostat or to test the returns, they wore footies. While they were testing the return vents for proper air flow, they realized that one of the returns was put in the wrong bay in the ceiling by the builder, rendering it useless. How the heck that happened is a mystery, but Paul was able to correct the problem without blinking. This added an extra hour to the job, but they couldn't have been nicer. At the end of the day, he walked my wife and I though what they had done, and educated us on each piece of equipment, how to maintain, how to change the filter, how to increase or reduce the temperature on the hot water tank. He also walked us thru the new thermostat, helped us install the App on our phones and how to use it and how and where to install the remote sensor. He even gave us a recommendation for a company to come clean our vents. I can't recommend Paul and his team enough and will be using them going forward for all my HVAC needs. Thanks Paul! read more

The heatwave last year made us realize we desperately needed AC in the house. After comparing 5 different places, we decided to go with innovative air and I'm so glad we did. Our furnace stopped working on Friday. My husband was convinced he could fix it and we didn't need a repair person to come out. By Saturday night, I was done with being cold. FANTASTIC! I initially called Paul in December about an issue with my furnace. He was unable to get to me immediately, but suggested we face time to see if he could walk me through fixing the problem myself. We spoke about five minutes and he solved the issue for me over the phone. Just today the control board failed in my furnace (didn't know at the time that was the issue) and I knew exactly who I was calling, Paul. The nice man that went out of his way to help me last month. My thermostat died, screen went black, at 4:30pm on Black Friday. I called several Heating companies but Innovative was the only one that answered the phone. I explained my situation and he wasn't able come right away, but told me the most likely cause was a simple blown fuse on the furnace circuit board . Over the phone he told me where to find the fuse and how to replace it. After a quick trip to auto zone I was back up and running in no time. Thank you!
