This is my second time using Innovative Pest Management. We had a problem with wasps nesting in holes that woodpeckers made in our siding on the second floor of our house. I called in the morning, and they fit me in the same day. Raul showed up about 30 minutes before the appointment window, which is a big plus in these situations. He identified the problem and took immediate action. Raul was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and said that he wouldn't leave until the problem was taken care of. He was very thorough, and on his final check of the siding before leaving, he went back and addressed a tiny opening that was barely visible from the ground, just to make sure the job was done right. When you have an issue with pests invading your home, it can be extremely stressful. It's comforting to know that their are professionals like Raul that you can count on to take that stress (and the pests) away. I would highly recommend Innovative Pest Management. We had some yellow jackets that needed to be taken care of. First visit seemed to have taken care of the problem. However, Frankie mentioned that if it didn't to call them back and they would come back out. We noticed more bees so on Saturday morning they came back out and noticed there was a nest built inside. I have been a customer of Kennedy and IPM for 4 or 5 years, and there is no one I work with that is more responsive, reliable and dedicated to my satisfaction than him. When i noticed rat droppings in my building i knew i had to get someone in quickly, That same day Kennedy the business owner was in and troubleshooting the problem. At first i did some online shopping to get the ballpark pricing for an experienced exterminator. When my research was all said and done the pricing was just under the standard rates and his customer service was far above that of the other companies i have dealt with. That day i pulled the trigger and i didn't regret a minute of it. My problem was resolved in less then a couple weeks and i have absolutely no sign of those vermin. Now i know what your thinking ... I had left a message for a call back after hours and Kennedy called me back that same evening and took the time to explain to me the problem I was having (and even honestly explained how I may need to contact a lawn company instead). This past weekend my wife & I noticed a swarm of wasps building a nest along a 3-4' stretch of ridge vent. New to the area with no recommendations, I ran a quick web search and found IPM. Reviews looked good so I figured I wouldn't overthink the choice. Mr. Brayboy returned my call Monday morning and we scheduled a date/window of time mid-week for him to come by. Mr. Brayboy showed late morning and I pointed out the problem. Without seeing any immediate activity from 2 1/2 stories below and approx. 90' away, he concluded there was no issue as it must have been "a swam of honey bees that stopped by for a rest" - really?? This is my 3rd home and I've seen a wasp or two, but I'm not the expert. It became clear that Mr. Brayboy wasn't interested in any further effort but that didn't stop him from demanding a "service fee". When I questioned what it was I was paying for he said he made the trip and provided an explanation (apparently there are transient honey bees - who knew!). Reluctantly, I wrote a "go away" check restating my frustration with the service and demand for payment. Before I left for work (having now wasted 1/2 the day), I leaned over my 2nd floor deck rail and noticed a few wasps along the ridge. At 945pm I climbed out my bathroom window, lied across the roof and unloaded 4 cans of Spectracide into the vent. After I witnessed a dozen or more dead wasps roll down the roof, I was suddenly inspired to put my comments here on yelp. I really can't see how you could do worse than IPM - I suggest you choose an exterminator with an actual business address and a branded truck (preferably with a ladder on top so to get to a 2nd level) / you'll find neither with this vendor. read more

Very disappointed. Had ants and they charged me $179 to spend less than 7 minutes spraying around my house outside. The ants came back. He returned and sprayed again. He injected something into the baseboards and said not to kill any ants so they would go back and kill others. Well we still have ants. My friend bought something at Walmart for $5 which got rid of all his ants. I contacted the owner who would not refund any money. An expensive lesson. read more

I called for a wasp problem. Didn't expect the service to be the same day. Had to have him put one more time to remove a second next and he only charged me for the service call instead of another full service.
