I found Innovative Solutions on line and was very concerned about using a company that wasn't referred to me. I have to say, what a pleasant surprise. Matt was great. He ordered and delivered 2 of my flat screen tv's and installed those two tv's and one other. I did some research on prices of large flat screen tv's and his prices were very competitive and the tv's are excellent. I didn't have to do any of the work of purchasing tv's, mounts, universal remotes etc., he took care of everything. He understood my concerns about not seeing any wiring and finding me an ultra thin mount. Matt showed up on time and was very neat. After he finished the job I had a couple of minor issues and I was able to text Matt with questions and he even came back out to help rectify the situation. As other reviewers have stated, Matt was excellent from the first phone contact with him, his showing up exactly on time, and the excellent work he performed. I didn't have a large job, just needed two HDTV's (a 50" and a 60") mounted on walls where all the power and data cables already existed. But his workmanship was excellent, he answered every question I had, programmed the remote, adjusted the settings on the TV's for the best picture, insured the TV's and cable boxes worked properly, insured the Blu-Ray worked, and made the wireless connection from the "smart" TV into the wireless router and insured we could connect to Netflix. I did not know Matt or anyone who had contracted him to do work; I found Matt's company by doing an online search for TV installers, saw the excellent reviews for him, and hoped for the best. I was very pleased with these guys. It took me a while to find a company to mount my flatscreen. After about a month of one company continually rescheduling on me, I came across Innovative Solutions Home Theater. They were at my place within a week - and did an EXCELLENT job! They were very responsive, arrived at the time they said they would, worked very hard for most of the day, we very clean, and respectful of my place. Their prices are competitive too and definitely fair for the amount of work they did. My TV now looks even better than I expected. I have two shelves for my cable box and PS3, they hid a cable wire that had to go across the entire room, and installed a new electrical outlet so I can't see any wires. Spectacular business experience. I own my own service industry business and I am therefore acutely aware of how I am treated when giving my money to someone to perform a service for me. Matt goes out of his way to schedule at your convenience, works late , and answers emails or texts in minutes. I have not had a problem with install yet, and my tv, apple box , DVD, Blu ray and Bose sound system work in conjunction with each other on one remote for the first time in 8 years. There are suggestions about how to upgrade your existing system , but zero pressure to buy. Wiring behind TV setup is no longer spaghetti. Courteous , hard workers. I've had Innovative Solutions Home Theater out for 3 different installs now. The first was to install a 5.1 surround sound, extra pair of speakers in an adjoining room and program a universal remote and hide all the wires. The second time was to mount a TV in my kitchen and finally had them come back to install speakers in my kitchen and den. All the times I've been impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and their ability to seamlessly integrate my components in a very clean and unassuming way and make everything simple to use with no visible wires. I had not updated my home theater/music system in almost a decade when I was fortunate enough to meet Matt and his company. On the initial visit to my home, Matt was on time, offered great solutions to my challenges (too many wires, outdated sound system, new smart TV, surround sound, etc) and patiently explained my options. We were very happy with the service from Matt and Innovative Home Solutions. We had a rather large project involving hanging multiple indoor TV's, an outdoor TV, outdoor speakers, and setting up a SONOS sound system throughout the inside and outside of the house. We just moved into a new home and needed to purchase new speakers for our surround sound, have eveything wired and hooked up, and to have the speakers installed in the ceiling plus one one the wall. I first consulted reviews and Matt's were all five stars.. Now I know first hand exactly why. The installation was flawless in every regard. Matt is punctual, professional, neat, and thorough. Innovative Solutions moved my home theater and Hi Fi system from Boston to Andover. They were very professional, gave me a detailed written estimate, and did a high quality job. The only complaint I have was that they were very busy, and as a result were late a couple of times for appointments.
