We've been with Insect IQ for quite some time now and have always been satisfied with their customer service, especially dealing with any problems. The one thing I requested was to have the same technician each time. I was told that this would not be a problem. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed when a new technician showed up last month....no phone call, no heads up, nothing....I would of appreciated a simple phone call saying that we were going to have a new technician and if there were any problems...just to call. I thought customer service/ satisfaction was top priority for Insect IQ...unfortunately I feel their standards have fallen...It may be time you look for another company. read more

Pushy salespeople, inadequate service when the actual spray took place, did not swipe down webs and saw spiders almost immediately after the service, both inside and outside. The person who did our service said to call them back if we saw bugs in or out of the house after about 1 week, and they would re-spray. We did see bugs, so we called back, and they said we would receive nothing. Extremely disappointed and will never use them again. If you're looking for high-quality, reasonable service, go to Cornerstone instead. read more

I highly recommend this pest control company there technician are very professional, but the best part is that they get the job done. I have surveillance cameras all around my house, and I see this guys not messing around they do several treatments (different spray insecticides ect) and literally spray around all the perimeter of the house, side walk line, fence line, all the lot, ect, ect. 4 years ago they did a completely different thing as I had a different problem (pest) and I have to say those pest are bye bye RIP 4 years ago. Never have I had a pest service do such a thorough job. The technician went over my entire yard inspecting and treating for ants especially. I have had other big name services try and resolve the issue to no success. The IQ technician also provided some explanation as to what might be attracting the ants, so that I may help to prevent issues in the future. I have a cat and a dog and neither have been sick. If I forget to unlock the gate to the back they will reschedule an appt to do the back. I decided to send a direct message to the seven companies yelp recommended for quick replies. Insect IQ was the first company to reply to my message. I don't think more than five minutes went by before I had a message from Josh. I am in the wedding industry and I understand Customer Service. Josh was so prompt to not only reply to all my messages but to also have one of his employees (Aben) call me and set up an appointment. The customer service was outstanding. Two days later Aben called me again to let me know he was on his way. He was so thorough...went through the whole house with me from the inside to the outside. And showed me what he recommended. If you want a terribly organized company, they are for you. After canceling services three times, they still called to try to come out and spray. We cancelled services because they could not seem to follow simple directions or actually make and keep an appointment. I dont do many reviews but felt compelled after an amazing first experience. I was having major ant problems and none of my home treatments were working, actually felt like I had made it worse. I called insect IQ after reading all the reviews and got on a rountine service. After this initial start I feel more at ease without the hassle of these tiny insects. The tech was very friendly super informative found the problem and as he said it "killed the source". Tony is an amazing tech. i always prefer to deal with local business's not the big corporate chains. but i made a mistake and went with insect iq they were very nice but they don't tell you that if you have to cancel that you will have to pay a $200.00 cancelation fee. since i lost my job and had to move out of state. it is amazing that they tell me that i signed the contract and it was on there. well when i looked at it they had no problem to put 13 twice in there for the months of contract and they write out the two hundred cancelation fee. very shady business practices because they don't verbally disclose it. and they say car people are dishonest?? read more

The BEST pest control company out there. No contest. Tony leaves nothing to chance when it comes to keeping our entire property cleared of pests. Having just moved into a house and yard that were infested with fleas, we all had flea bites and our dogs were being eaten alive. We would walk outside and would have fleas jumping on our pants legs. It was horrible! We needed a professional pest control service. I've tried several companies in the past that started out well, but they all became almost a drive-by service. Barely out of the truck and a few spot sprays and they were gone. Sometimes they didn't even do the back yard but would stop quickly spray about a 10 foot section of the foundation and leave the invoice on the door. What a rip off! So where to turn? I was hoping for an honest dependable company that would do the job right every time. Thank goodness I spoke to Josh at Insect IQ! We were lucky enough to get Tony assigned to our home. He is without a doubt the most dedicated pest control expert out there. He is friendly, professional, and he takes his job seriously. He loves what he does and speaks highly of his company, his boss, and his coworkers. As most of you know, that is rare these days! Ok. Back to the point...what happened to the fleas? They were wiped out! All of them! We haven't had another problem since. Dogs are happy, we are happy! As a side benefit, the ant problem has also gone away. ;) And as far as wanting a company that is honest and does a good job every time? There has never been a time that Tony has skimped in any way.
