Unfortunately this place is very easily missed, I habe driven by multiple times for weeks and only until a friend invited me did I know it actually existed and, now, I'm so glad I do! We came in on a Saturday evening and it was quite busy. They have a menu available online but also their staff is ready to answer any question you may have, seriously any question. We ordered a charcuterie board (one for 2 to split between 4 of us because we weren't very hungry) and I ordered a glass of cabernet sauvignon. The board was amazing, man oh man I feel like a fool for the boards I've been making. The flavors will all so vibrant, fresh tasting, and fit perfectly together. You will not give the board back with a crumb, I swear! Their olives tasted like they were fresh off the tree, or how I asse they'd taste. The cabernet was very nice, soothing, smooth, overall a quality glass of wine. They do also offer flights with a pretty sizeable pour. While we were there, one of the staff let us into the back room where they ferment their wine and gave us a little run down. After a beautiful walk on the Long Beach boardwalk, my wife and I stopped into Insieme out of curiosity having seen a small sign posted on Lawson Blvd. We were greeted by several employees taking a break outside of the establishment. They were so friendly and welcoming. We were seated in the section that contained both oak and non-oak barrels, and other wine-making equipment, which was in keeping with the ambiance of the purpose of our visit - to taste wine. We ordered two flights - one red and one white - as well as a burrata appetizer. The wine and appetizer were absolutely delicious - so much so we purchased bottles of our favorite red (Tempranillo) and white (dry Riesling) wines. Needless so say, our visit was a wonderful surprise, and we look forward to visiting again with friends and family. read more

We sampled 3 of their different red wines and they were delicious--our wonderful server asked us our feedback on all three and was genuinely very interested in our experience. The charcuterie board for 2 is a very decent size and has a variety of meats, cheeses, and other fun sides that pair great with the wine. We also had the Caprese flatbread--wow!! So good!
