Born was very personable and professional, explaining every step he would take and why it was important. He injected poison into the walls of the house where the colony had set up residence, sprayed in the crawl space, and did a perimeter spray. Boy, was that effective! Their own sales department confirmed my service was cancelled with no balance due. Then showed up at my property days later with no communication. -Billing errors, blank invoices, management unresponsive to dispute. I've now had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, cancel my card, and have filed a complaint with WA Consumer Protection. Save yourself the headache - use literally any other pest control company.
