Awesome product and amazing service. I was signed up by Terry King and he was very knowledgeable. Everyone that has come to do quarterly service was professional and thorough. They always asked what problem areas I had and made sure we were satisfied with the service. Since we moved in to our home we had major ant problems. Insight was the answer. I just had service today from Terry and a new guy Mike and they provided me with some new service options to get rid of mosquitos. I will definitely be getting this too! Been using Insight pest control since the summer. Have seen a significant decrease in critters in my home since I started using them. All of the technicians that have come out have been very friendly and courteous. My last visit was with Terry King and no difference in the quality of care. I only leave 4 start vs 5 in that my spider problem still doesn't seem to go away, but all other critters are a no show. They have been happy to come out to re-spray on the inside for them, and I can tell the spiders don't like it, but still have them around. I still can't cancel this service. I called a few times and waited for several minutes each time for a person who could help me and never got connected. They sent me an email with a phone number I should call with some extension. I hoped I could finally cancel it but I was not. Several minutes of waiting time with no success. Recently switched over from my past pest control company whom I've been with for years.. I've tried other pest control companies in the past and so far none have wowed me.. Until I signed up with Insight Pest Solutions. After lots of thought I finally decided to cancel my last pest control company and give Insight a try. A young college aged kid knocked on my door & convinced me to hear him out. At first I was a little skeptical but after a long talk with my husband we decided we would give them a try.. Since we have signed up with them we have not been disappointed! Our technician with Insight has made a point to make us feel important and well taken care of. We have called and asked them to come back to remove a mouse that we found on a trap in the garage and they made sure to stop by the next morning. Customer service is always nice and eager to help. Since I have signed up with Insight, they have been honest and straight forward with me. They informed me that I may still see a few spiders here and there which is obviously expected. I have never had a serious bug problem or infestation by any means.. But I think that it is well worth the few hundred dollars a year to make sure that we never have to worry about It.. Oh & what I really also like is that I always get a phone call reminding me when my next service is. read more

I have quarterly visits for controlling insects and mice. This winter the technician found an entry way and addressed it. I am very appreciative of having someone with knowledge and experience in dealing with pests. This service has helped better than my own efforts. Dishonest statement made by sales person - we were told mosquito reduction was included in the annual service but it turned out it was not included. We can't cancel the contract either because of the $150 penalty. Difficult to schedule appointment - I made 2 calls but still but still nothing done - I was told something would call back another day. Never had such experience with any other pest control company. They knocked on my door and offered a bug service that was friendly to the environment. They told us we can cancel at any time. They told to contact them if we saw more bugs. We tried only to be on hold. Emails never returned. More bugs came out. I figured they would take the chemical and go back to the nest and that should end my bug issue. Well the party did not stop. More bugs came out than I have ever seen. They never stopped. I had to go a different route 40 to 50 days later to get rid of the bug issues. I called to cancel. The girl tells me that she is a manager. She could not match my account to my name. I had sent them the statement with my credit card number and they never charged it. They sent me a 60 day late notice. This is why I called as I expected them to take the payment from the credit card. This lady finally found my name and address. Now I do not want them back, so I asked to cancel. After a 20 minute hold, I got a guy that is smart and helpful. He understood what my complaint was about. He then tells me that If I was to cancel, I owed the $99 plus $150 discount apparently they gave me for signing up for four quarters. The tech told me that I can cancel at any time without a problem, he failed to mention this discount I would have to pay. Why should I pay for service that did not take care of the issue and made it worse. I will pay the $99 but not the extra $150 I explained that their practice and way of doing business is deceptive. If I cancel, I will pay the $99 and send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I don't mind paying if they did their job right. I do not recommend this firm. Customer service is terrible unless you get this guy I spoke with after the long hold. read more

I had a similar experience with the "contract". In December, I finally decided to take advantage of the inside cleaning they were going to do, and what a joke. The guy asked where I saw the most bugs, I showed him my laundry room, he was down there for no more than 5-7 minutes, and back upstairs. Never went into any other rooms because apparently I didn't hand hold him through the rest of my house. I thought that was his job? Now I'm having a problem with "fourth" service as well. They came out March 9th, but their records show that when I cancelled on March 19th any future services (because I know I fulfilled my contract) they have the nerve to tell me that it never happened because I cancelled before the service. HUH???? Now they want me to pay the discount money back to them. Truthfully they don't deserve a dime. I would NEVER recommend them, I will NEVER use them again, and I will NEVER let myself get roped into anymore "contracts" with any company sending a guy door to door. I had no time to research because supposedly they had a truck coming in the area in 2 days and if I didn't sign up, the offer would go away at that moment. What a scam. I'm still in the process of dealing with customer service to get my bill straightened out while I'm supposed to be on a relaxing much needed vacation. My day is completely ruined. read more
