The cookies certainly are delicious but they're very expensive. And on top of paying $14 for 5 cookies, I ordered & paid for deluxe cookies and was given some regular sized ones :( so I paid a fortune for average sized cookies. Pretty disappointed as I used to go to insomnia cookies in michigan state university when I was a student and I have to say that cookies didn't taste as good as it used to be! They don't make them exactly on demand, cookies are kept warm in the oven and it may explain why it doesn't taste that freshly made anymore. It doesn't take a while lot to describe this place. Simply addicting. These cookies are true to their name. You'll be up all night dreaming about these little discs of perfection. The snicker doodles are to die for.just the right amount of cinnamon, not too overpowering, but still nice and strong. The chocolate mint comes are the best ever, nice and gooey and soft. The best thing though is that you cam turn any cookie into an ice cream sandwich worthy of a king. These are the best cookies I've ever bought. Will be coming back mammy times over. Everyone is mentioning how great the cookies are, and I agree. The cookies are delicious. Bothersome, however, was the attitude of the staff member who "helped" us, Caprice. She was seriously rude and inattentive. Gave us the feeling that we were a total nuisance coming in there and having the nerve to order a few cookies. She was rude to the gentleman in front of us as well. Her responses were along the lines of, "We don't have no more chocolate chip," "What else..?" "Here you go" and "You welcome." No 'thank you' or 'have a good day'. As if we were the ones who should be thankful she even so much as spoke to us. No hint of helpfulness or positive attitude. That is not the way you treat customers. I'd hate to think how she would have acted had we had anything remotely problematic come up. If you're having a bad day, that isn't our problem, or anyone else who comes in. They need to exchange her for someone with an attitude that matches the deliciousness of the cookies or else I won't be coming back. read more

I ordered cookies for my employees as a thank you for nurses week. My order was for a dozen cookies and a large cookie cake with "Thank you" written in icing. The order came to $48.00. It took over an hour for the order to arrive and when it did, it was gross. The cookies had become a soggy, limp mess and the cookie cake had been smashed to one side of the box like it had been dropped. The icing had melted all over it so no one could read what it said. The store's phone number is not listed on the web site so you have to go through corporate customer service. I sat on hold with them for 20 minutes and finally gave up. Won't be doing business with the Fells Point location again. read more

When I returned to the store I was told a manager wasn't in and I had to wait 25 minutes. Manager tried to argue that because it was delivered I couldn't get a refund, but eventually yielded. I got two cookies: white chocolate macadamia and chocolate chip. They were both still warm when I ate them back at the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. For both cookies it was $3.50. I think that's about accurately priced for any cookie from an actual cookie shop. I thought they would have been a bit bigger but I'm glad I only got two because I was thoroughly enjoying the chocolate oozing out of the cookies. Both of the workers greeted me when I entered. We received the most atrocious customer service tonight on 4/7, there were 3 staff members working and the wait was going on 20 minutes for our cookies/ice cream. During this time, we inquired on our order and were met with, in my opinion, unnecessary attitude. We were told "you need to wait until I'm done serving the rest of the customers." We asked asked for a refund and a new staff person attempted very nicely to help us but was unaware of how to process a refund. She called her manager as one was not on site at the time and this manager was also unable to process our refund. We were asked to wait for the manager to physically come to the store to process the refund, at which point we decided to leave as we had already wasted enough time. We left having received 1/3 of our order. This was as you can imagine a very frustrating and unenjoyable experience and we will absolutely never return as customers. read more
