A great location for college students on late nights. It's slightly small with little seating room, but there's still some places to sit (though I think most people take theirs to go). First, the service was absolutely incredible. We were greeted right away, and the employee was so kind and patient while we figured out what we wanted. They seemed to be working alone, but they never rushed us and happily answered all our questions. The cookies, of course, are delicious. They did get rid of the cookie sandwich with icing between the two cookies, so that's a little sad, but they still have the version with ice cream in between. TRY INSOMNIA COOKIES. They have my personal favorite type of cookie which is the triple chocolate chip and of course it was delicious. The service was super fast and I appreciate the hustle the worker had as he was the only one working at the time. The store was super clean and seemed well managed and it's the perfect late night cookie spot in Bowling Green. I ordered a dozen cookies online a few days ago that was to be delivered at 1pm today to a friend. I tracked the order hours later and saw that the status still said "baking". Odd, I thought so I called the phone #. You can't get directly to the store and they route you to the call center who then calls the store. The store proceeds to lie and says they tried to deliver, but no one answered the door or her phone. She's been at her apt. all day and has roommates. Plus, she's been texting. Ordered a cookie for my daughters birthday...21st birthday at that and it was a huge run around. Long story short...cookie status was and has been BAKING since 2:25pm YESTERDAY. Spoke to 2 different reps and got lied to and run around. They said it was delivered at 2:17...then said we called the # didn't get answer so we didn't deliver!?!?!? What kind of service is this? Spoke with manager Ravonso (spelling) who did get in touch with the BG store and managed to get it right back out for delivery and he processed a partial refund. My review is based on my disappointment in being lied to. At a minimum I expect to get what I pay for. Great for a late night snack, especially after some bar hopping. Insomnia, much like it's Name tends to stay open very early, and always has nice staff members. Prices vary, but if you just want a couple cookies, I'm sure $10 can fill your craving... But hey, fresh cookies especially fresh out of the oven are always addicting. I personally like Insomnia above the other cookie store in town, mainly because it is cheaper and more centrally located. There is no free wifi and there is a restroom. But Insomnia tends to be a quickie stop for a to go snack or midnight munchies fix. I've crossed the street from Stone's Throw or Reverend multiple times just to get a White Mac, always my go to. Once in a while they'll have e limited time cookies, but the list varies. If you do plan on staying there, they do have a countertop table with some seats facing out the window. And there is a pokestop right on it, ripe for spinning. read more

This is a delightful little cookie shop near the main crossroads intersection in downtown Bowling Green. Part of an extensive chain covering more than half the states, they are often located near major universities, as is the case with this establishment. The selection of cookies they offer here is quite tempting and the service is very good. The gentleman waiting on us was pleasant and very helpful. While we visited during the day, the shop is true to its name in staying open late. They even make deliveries which is a rather exceptional feature for a cookie shop. If you are in the area, I would recommend making a stop. You will be glad you did. read more

I barely stepped foot into the shop when she yelled at our family of 5 that one of us had to leave because the minuscule sign on the door says that their Covid Occupancy limit is 4. First, if you're going to post a sign on your door, make the sign large enough to be read. Then, place it in a location on the door where it might actually be seen. And, it might be a good idea to treat your customers with at least a little respect. You immediately lost my business. They have excellent cookies, wonderfully soft baked, yet they have a nice crisp bottom. I highly recommend the white chocolate macadamia. They're loaded with both nuts and chocolate. The peanut butter cup is really wonderful warm too. I would avoid their ice cream. It's nothing special, and wayyyyy over priced. In fact, just go 1 block down the street to Eric's ice cream factory, get your cookies from here. Then make a sandwich! Now you're talking!
