My order was completed quickly; wrapped and bagged as my change was tossed in the tip jar. The rounder was denser than I prefer, but still fresh and loaded with roasted garlic nubs and almost chunky veggies in the homemade spread. The menu offered breakfast and lunch sandwiches and standards like nova lox cut to order and traditional American fare like bacon, sausage or pork roll on bagel of choice. If I find myself in the neighborhood some morning I would be tempted to check them out. 3.5 STARS

My son got a chicken salad sandwich on an everything bagel and I was interested in the whitefish because it said they made their own "chunky" whitefish salad so I asked to see it. He showed my a container and it looked chunky and good so I ordered it. We also got 1/2 dozen bagels for my son to go, small chocolate milk and a container of garlic and herb cream cheese. The bill came to $53! I questioned the $2.49 price per bagel and was told he had employees to pay "sometimes" and benefits etc. (He was the only one there and the place was empty) When I left and opened my bagel with "chunky" whitefish it was the worst sandwich ever! The bagel was far from fresh, very dense and dry and there was the smallest spread of whitefish on it and not one"chunk" of fish! It was like a bait and switch and so disappointing! I felt so ripped off by everything and the owner's excuse on the astronomical pricing was the icing (I'm also used to NY bagel pricing and he's even higher with what seems very little overhead) I would never go back and do not recommend this place for anyone!

Our family used to be big fans of the eclairs from Elite Bakery since last year when my god mother ordered their eclairs for her husband's birthday, and my mother was a huge fan of the raspberry eclairs. They were a big hit at the party as well. When we heard that we would be having Elite Bakery's eclairs again for my sister-in-laws birthday, we were so excited and couldn't wait to try them again. Unfortunately it was a big let down. It seems the baker had to make budget cuts on the ingredients and changed the recipe completely of the dough, the cremes and of the topping on top of the eclairs. The dough now tastes tough, dry, and the overall flavor is lackluster. The cremes used to be very light and airy with a nice taste of whichever flavor they were inspired by, but now tastes very heavy and doesn't have much flavor at all. The toppings used to be a light layer of white chocolate with whichever flavor it was inspired by, but now it's a heavy glaze that seems to be made of gelatin and it's heavily colored with artificial colors. Yes the look of the eclairs is very aesthetically pleasing with the gold details, but at the expense of the flavor, they are lying to their customers. We will not be returning here, especially not for these price points.
