Had a very long day today after work and just wanted to wind down with some cookies. Couldn't have that because your delivery system is beyond flawed. You definitely have to work on how their deliveries work because Doordash says yall have your own driver but Insomnia says the driver was from Doordash. Whoever my driver was took my food and now there's no way of knowing who this guy was and there are zero consequences for him apparently, he just gets to enjoy my food that I paid for with hard earned money. I even called your store 10 minutes ago right after it happened and this girl on the phone told me that since the driver "was from doordash" there is no way to verify anything about it so I guess apparently we're letting people just get robbed around here. As soon as we walked in, one of the employees (female, college-aged- literally around my age) said something along the lines of, "Whenever I want to speak my truth, someone always walks in," then looked directly at us and said "no offense," like we were supposed to laugh. It was awkward and honestly really immature. We had just walked in to buy cookies and immediately felt like we were inconveniencing her. Both ice creams weren't too sweet, and they came with brownie pieces and white chocolate stars. I also ordered a S'mores deluxe cookie which was perfectly gooey on the inside. There was no line when I went on a weekday afternoon, and the person working was incredibly nice. Overall, I would definitely come back.
