Very good cookie. My goal is to try every chocolate chip cookie place in Irvine. Warm and crispy and gooey on the inside too. It gets minus points for being on the small side. I'd go back but value isn't there. But the cookie is very good!

A consistent, solid cookie! I've tried so many, but always forget to share my thoughts. We come during the afternoons for a little pick me up. Service is fine- nothing amazing. Store is clean and sweet. I don't love their spoons (they always break). But the ice cream- especially the carmelinaire is amazingggg!!!

Don't play with me dawg. Why yall been holding out on the insomnia crack cookies. They remind me of my childhood, back when I lived in these high end apartments in San Diego. They'd bake fresh ass choco chip, white chocolate macadamia and the occasional shitty oatmeal raisin (although they weren't even that bad) This place is a bit better than crumbl in my most humble elite yelpist onion. It's my second time at this Insomnia cookie and it just okay. The first time I got a regular cookie and it was small and nothing special. I tried it again cause I had a free cookie reward for a deluxe cookie and it was bigger and a good cookie. I got the s'mores one which was pretty good. Only bad thing is they only have 6 deluxe cookie options.

You guessed it... this cookie spot gets its name because it opens into the weeee hours of 1 AM on weekdays and 3 AM on weekends! Located in the University Town Center (UTC), great late night snack for students with insomnia I suppose... hah. Net zero thinking: I kept passing by this place after spin class so obviously got to reward myself with dessert! The mega calorie count on the ice cream sandwiches blew my mind - but that's expected. So I opted for the deluxe cookie, an upgrade from the classic. ...and what blew my mind more than the cookie? The price!! $5.49/cookie!! The cookie was a decent chunky size and freshly warm, but frankly I felt the cookie tasted dense and medicore. Nothing too special on the service the day I went either - order, grab, go. No sweet smile nor small talk to go along with the sweet cookie. Might give a different flavor and the classic a try next time after gym class, but nevertheless satisfies the cookie craving!

So we ordered cookies from Insomnia today. They surely aren't cheap. We got three cookies, larger than a normal size cookie, not huge, about the size of 2 or 3 regular cookies put together? But it was like $13 per cookie! We were all totally surprised when our office coordinator told us how much they were. We had a M&M chocolate chips cookie, a peanut butter chocolate chip, I think, and a snicker doodle. They were okay, nothing to write home about. Definitely not worth $13 per cookie.

I'd have to say, if it hadn't been for the fact they're open super late (as suggested from the name), I wouldn't have even given this spot a try. Located within University Center in Irvine, Insomnia is a convenient spot to grab some late night dessert open till 1 am in the morning. As for the cookies, they offer various delicious sounding flavors. I opted for one of the newer seasonal options, the Strawberry Lemonade which was part of their Garden Collection. The cookie was honestly a bit smaller than I imagined for the price of $4 but it was served nicely warm with decently sweet Strawberry flavor, solid texture (could be a bit crunchier), and a nicely complementing strawberry lemonade jam filling which I enjoyed. I'd love to perhaps sample other flavors to get a more accurate gist of how their cookies are overall but all in all, I was satisfied with my late night craving though a bit pricey.

I ate this up!! Perfect for a late night sweet treat!! Service was quick, and cookies were ready and warm. I love the crispy edges and soft center, makes for a perfect cookie. Small seating inside but it was nice to take and eat outside. I'll definitely be coming back!!

I can't believe I've never tried Insomnia cookies. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious their ice cream and cookies were! The cookies were definitely my favorite, especially the white chocolate macadamia. I also ordered the confetti and peanut butter chip cookies which were incredible as well. Their cookies are buttery, warm and crumbly with rich flavors. The ice cream was also so yummy! I loved their peanut butter insomniac tracks flavor. You can really taste the peanut butter and fudge swirls in the vanilla ice cream. Their cookies and cream flavor was also amazing. The service was wonderful and the place is very clean. I thought the prices were reasonable.

We ordered two cookies, peanut butter and the Brookie since I have a soft spot for both. I loved the flavors in both of them, they were incredibly soft and chewy. They were straight from the oven so all we needed was just a glass of milk. The gal serving us was very nice, and we were the only ones in there at that time, spacious area, but no tables inside. No worries though, there is plenty of seating outside. They had ice cream but we decided to save that for next time. I know we will be coming back, they are incredibly sweet so I can see how too many bites of that can be overwhelming, but we snacked on it throughout the day and I just finished the Brookie this morning so that's got to tell you something.

I went to Insomnia Cookies on 2/26 around 9pm with a friend, and unfortunately had a really uncomfortable experience. As soon as we walked in, one of the employees (female, college-aged- literally around my age) said something along the lines of, "Whenever I want to speak my truth, someone always walks in," then looked directly at us and said "no offense," like we were supposed to laugh. It was awkward and honestly really immature. We had just walked in to buy cookies and immediately felt like we were inconveniencing her. I also work in the food industry, so I understand how shifts can be. But comments like that in front of customers are unprofessional- especially when it wasn't even busy. We were actually celebrating an important occasion and were looking forward to getting cookies. I honestly wanted to walk out because it felt so uncomfortable, but I didn't want to leave my friend. That's not how anyone should feel walking into a place they're spending money at. I hope management addresses this, because basic professionalism and customer awareness go a long way.

Maybe it's just me but these cookies aren't that good and did not live up to the hype for me. We tried an assortment of them and although the unique flavors were all mostly interesting, it was pretty in your face and after 2 bites you've had enough. We also door dashed because it was late and we are lazy af but for like 10 cookies or so it was 70+ dollars which is absurd. I'm sure its a bit cheaper if you go in person, but I still would never even half this much for cookies.

Wow I love the cookies from here, but the cookie cakes are also out of this world! My friend gave me a cookie cake for my birthday and that was actually my first time having Insomnia Cookies. Even though it was just a regular/basic chocolate chunk cookie cake with cream, I felt like I was in heaven. For my friend's birthday, I ordered a peanut butter chip cookie cake with the message "I Just Love Ya" on top with the cream. I ordered online and picked it up the next day; online order pickup was so easy and convenient. I've had the chocolate chunk cookies too and they're sweet and delicious (but also I love sweet things)! I will definitely have to come back to try their other flavors like red velvet, s'mores, and salted caramel. The staff was friendly and communicative too. The inside of the place is cute and the location is pretty smart since it's in UTC, which is a popular place for nearby college students, families, and working adults. read more

I. Love. This. Place. I visit every Wednesday after seeing a movie at the theater. There is never more than 1 person in line in front of us and the employees work efficiently to get orders out. Every time I've been, the employees are friendly and will go above and beyond if I need to wait for a cookie to be made. Usually they have what I order hot and ready and they taste amazing. I haven't had a cookie there that I didn't like. The double chocolate chunk is really rich so only get it if you're feeling slightly ambitious. The regular chocolate chunk is more than enough and has a perfect distribution of chocolate chunks. FYI : Inside the store, there is no where to sit, just a place to stand against the wall with some bar height ledges to lean on and eat. 10/10 would recommend! read more

I don't have insomnia because I DREAM about these cookies. Oh yeah... warm, chewy, melt in your hand goodness. The double chocolate are to die for. Loveeeee this place's cookies. Initially, I thought the price was a tad bit much for a regular-sized cookie (not large by any means), however, when I finally took a bite of it, I was very pleased with how warm and tasty the cookie was. My cookie of choice was the birthday cake (vegan) flavor. The taste made me disregard my initial raised brow at the price. Will go back! read more

4.5/5 stars Cookies are my absolute favorite desserts! I tried the chocolate peanut butter cup deluxe cookie (~$5), and it was very satisfying! The outer edges were crisp, and the inside was gooey and soft. It was also slightly warm, which made me gobble it down so fast! The menu didn't have many unique flavors. For the price, the cookie is on the smaller and thinner side compared to other places like Paderia or Crumbl. It was still very enjoyable. read more

Massive kudos to the staff of this tiny little shop. I came here last night during peak UCI / UHS traffic and there was a massive line. The staff worked extremely quickly and with incredible patience as most of the patrons were either very tired or very drunk. Service was quick and the portions were pretty good, although the prices were pretty exorbitant. My ice cream sandwich had two massive scoops of ice cream and two cookies, which was a little hard to eat but when there's a will, there's a way! They provided spoons which definitely made it easier. I might come back if I'm looking for a sugar hit (since a lot of other shops are closed in Irvine once it hits 10 o'clock), but it definitely is pretty pricey. read more

The first time they seemed to be short staffed and it was packed but the employee working was so kind and seemed like she wanted to be there but unfortunately my most recent visit it was the opposite. It was empty but the employee seemed annoyed that we walked in even though there was no one else there. I now understand the mid reviews around service. These cookies are pretty darn good. We got them delivered all the way to Northwood Pointe at 1 am. Great for cravings! The only downside is they are a little pricey for cookies and they aren't anywhere exceptional. They are a solid warm cookie though. Also, we ordered the box of 20 and was missing the snickerdoodle. We contacted them and they rectified it at least by refunding us $2. It's just sad when it was a flavor we were craving. All in all. It hits that late night diabetes craving. read more

We came here to try their gluten free chocolate chip cookie. That's their only gluten free option. It was nice and warm but super mushy. Made us wonder if it was cooked enough. The cookie is small for the price. Very sweet. I've had much better gluten free cookies. read more

Great place for stoners :p I mean where else can you get cookies until 3am :)) My sister is hooked on this place and whenever I'm on that side of Irvine I pay them a visit. These are pretty solid sizeable cookies. Very delicious the oatmeal is my favorite. Oatmeal cookies are my top favorite and they do it right! Soft and chewy. The cookie butter brownies that you can top with their toppings are soooo good. I don't think I've had something with cookiebutter I didn't like. Service is more than decent . Really depends. But the chubby white dude is a natural dry personality so don't be offended. At first I thought it was us but then I saw how he is in general and he's just dry.com lol. He won't stop me from coming in HA. I definitely keep them in my cookie rotation. read more

If you have midnight cravings or any kind of cravings for a delicious chocolate chip cookie, this is the spot. It's open late, which my inner-fattie appreciates. Cookies are fresh & there's almost always parking-- it's the simple things in life you learn to appreciate. I love a classic chocolate chip cookie & this place makes them gooey and melty. Beware, this place is extremely close to UCI & is littered with college students, but the cookies make it totally worth it. It's a small location, but they have tables and seating outside. read more

Good cookies, but average ice cream. I came yesterday for the snickerdoodle cookie and cookies and cream ice cream. It came out to $8 for a fairly small cookie and an average scoop of ice cream. I would say that it was not worth it. The snickerdoodle was just very average. It was warmed up, which was much appreciated, but it lacked the signature cinnamon flavor. A solid place to get delicious cookies. I have tried the classics: chocolate chunk, oatmeal, snickerdoodle, and white chocolate macadamia. From the deluxe cookies, I have tried the chocolate peanut butter cup, salted caramel and the triple chocolate. Overall, the cookies have good texture, crispy on the outside, and gooey on the inside. Definitely worth a visit. I have not tried the cookie ice cream sandwiches and will do that on my next visit. read more

Lackluster service and slightly above par cookies. Honestly and sadly, I'm not impressed with Insomnia Cookies. I really wanted to like this place. Sigh. Insomnia didn't live up to the hype. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love to support local businesses through yelping. I've written over 600 reviews (I'm approaching my coveted 10-year Yelp Elite badge); I rarely leave anything less than 4 or 5 stars. So when I do, you know that something about my experience wasn't right. I called Insomnia around 6pm on Saturday 12/17/22 to inquire about a large cookie to take to a holiday party in Orange County, CA. I was driving up from San Diego (so it was at least a 90-minute drive to Insomnia). The phone rang and rang. No one answered. I decided to just take a chance and head to Insomnia to inquire about the cookie and/or at least pick up a box of assorted cookies. I arrived at Insomnia around 7:15pm. There wasn't a line, just a small party ahead of me. When it was my turn, I inquired about the two cookies in the display ("warm cookies, warm wishes" and "tis the season."). The young gentleman said that it takes about an hour to make so I have to call in advance to order; I let him know that I had been trying to call the store more than an hour ago to place the order. His answer? "Oh I have no idea. I just started my shift." Um, okay. WTF. I'm not blaming the employee because he's obviously a young kid who hasn't been trained on customer service. Whoever manages this store needs to get things right. For $25, a dozen assorted cookies - barely the size of my palm - wasn't worth the price or the lackluster service. Sigh again. I'll be looking for another place to grab cookies. read more

Good cookies, but overhyped. The s'mores cookie and peanut butter chip were soft but tasted like normal room temp cookies. The vibe walking into the store was off- the guy working during our visit sounded like Eeyore (monotone and gloomy), the opposite of what I expected walking into a hip cookie shop in the University center. His body language made it seem like working there was either the most boring, or the worst thing on Earth... or both. Also, why is the menu screen so high up? You have to break your neck and squint just to see it. read more

I had the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie and it was amazing, I also ordered the chocolate chunk, I had one bite but was to full to eat the rest, it was very good. Me and my squad were hanging out around this plaza and saw that this place was open. It opens until 3 am. So late which I LOVE ABOUT. Bro----This place is FIRE Red Velvet- 10/10 I love how hot it came out and how sweet it was SnickerDoodle- 9/10 Very sweet and cinnamonny The worker was very sweet. The place is clean inside. Doesn't really have much indoor seatings, but there's a lot of outdoor seatings from the plaza. This place is perfect for a late night dessert place. Also, the plaza here is very nice and it feels so nice to just walk around, eat cookies, and look at the scenery. read more

There are outdoor seating options available throughout the center, and parking is also free/available in the shared lot. Credit cards are accepted. For those making an ice cream cookie sandwich, you can pick two different kinds of cookies (the white chocolate macadamia nut is a good option) and pick the ice cream flavor. The employee working there recommended the coffee and the cookies & cream. They'll include a little box for your sandwich upon request if you're planning on taking it elsewhere. It's a bit pricier than other options (almost $6 for a cookiewich) but when you gotta treat yourself, you gotta treat yourself. I have to say, it was a pretty good cookie. I wish I had felt hungry enough to get another. We decided to get the pina colada cookie because it was a limited offering and I wasn't disappointed. Nice texture, really good flavor. I even think that if I lived close enough I would do the Cookie Magic deal for $10 for the month and pretty much go there every day. You'd make your money back in just 3 days or so and everything else would be just icing on the cake. read more

My boyfriend and I had gone here on a whim as we were in the area and craving cookies, the service wasn't the best. As soon as we walked in we weren't greeted, just stared at which made me very uncomfortable which is why I only gave it 4 stars but the cookies were so good. We didn't get them with ice cream, just the cookies by themselves. I had the double chocolate mint and my boyfriend had a snickerdoodle as well as the peanut butter chip and they were all delectable but I will say the double chocolate mint is a must! read more

These cookies were just fine! I liked that they came warm and they had a lot of great flavors to choose from. THEY ALSO HAVE THRIFY'S ICE CREAM! I ended up getting Chocolate Chunk, M&M, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Double Chocolate Chunk, Double Chocolate Mint, and Peanut Butter Chip. To me, the cookies didn't blow me away, but I still enjoyed them. I wanted more chocolate chips and the cookies felt a little dry. They also didn't feel as fresh and seemed like they were baked a while ago and just kept warm somehow. My favorite flavors I had were the Chocolate Chunk and Double Chocolate Chunk. At $2 a piece, I would say it's a bit pricey as the cookies are kind of small and not the most amazing cookie I've ever had. BUT if you have a craving, these cookies will satisfy them! I've read the other reviews and some people really enjoyed their cookie, so I'm guessing it's more of a consistency issue. It seems like it's a hit or miss that depends on how fresh your cookie is and how good the batch you got is. Food: 3/5 Service and Setting: 1.5/5 Value: 2.5/5 Insomnia Cookie was a shop that my friend hyped up as a store that sells the type of cookies that I enjoy. I personally am not too big a fan of the current trend of large, underbaked fudgy style cookies. Insomnia makes cookies that are "crispy" on the outside and gooey in the center. The overall store is pretty bare, but generally clean. The employee helping us was okay and was patient with us as we were picking which cookies we wanted. For a store that advertises in their name that they are open for late night business, a good quarter of their menu was not in stock at 11:00 pm. What flabbergasted me was that they tried to sell us their last oatmeal cookie, which was broken, for full price. At that point, I did not even want to be offered it. With their premium pricing and their specialization in one type of food, I was almost offended that they would offer a subpar damaged product for me to purchase, as if it was an amazing opportunity for me to get this item. This ain't no Daytona or Birkin and the fact they had the gall to do that almost made me want to leave. With that said, this review is still much more focused on the food, but expect subpar service here. Sugar Cookie: 3/5 When I inquired what cookie I should get, the two employees behind the register quickly answered Sugar. The sugar cookie was very basic and didn't taste special in any way. With that said, there is a pronounced lack of artificial flavor that you might find in store-bought cookies or pre-made cookie doughs. The edges were ever so slightly crisp and the center moist. You can't expect too much from a sugar cookie, but being priced the way they were, I was expecting something with a bit more finesse. Overall, more wholesome than most, but falls flat. Salted Caramel Deluxe Cookie: 3/5 This cookie was being cooked when we purchased it and we waited around 7 minutes for it to cool. The cookie served to us was still very warm and could not hold its shape (this is not a bad thing, just wanted to note this if you did buy a cookie that was freshly baked). The cookie had slightly crispy edges as well and a molten center. There was a good amount of salt in the cookie but the caramel was quite mild. Again, if I am paying almost $5 for a cookie that is not substantial in its size, I really expect something special in terms of flavor or preparation. It tasted like a standard chocolate chip cookie with caramel instead, very underwhelming. I'm not sure what is deluxe about this cookie besides its price tag, but it's definitely not its flavor. read more

Over the past few years though, it seems like the recipe or preparation has changed. Since around 2022, the soft serve felt more diluted, with a lighter and airier texture. It's still enjoyable, but it doesn't have the same dense, creamy consistency that I remember, especially during the height of the pandemic when it seemed to be at its best. That said, the Darling is still a classic menu item, and the honey flavor remains unique. I keep coming back partly out of nostalgia and partly because there still aren't many places that offer quite the same combination. I just miss the richer, creamier version that it initially had and hope that the recipe will change for the better.

However, I was still more than happy to check them out when my gf suggested coming here. All of their hype and praise was certainly a big reason why, as well as me wanting to see what Persian ice cream tastes like, but, quite simply, how could I ever say "no" to trying a new ice cream shop? Especially to cap off such a warm evening out! While I can't say how this location compares to their spot in LA, I liked how low-key and unassuming this place felt. Past the counter/register, there's a small amount of seating to the back, but there's also a bunch of seats and tables right out in front. More importantly, though, their display case of ice cream is chock full of enticing options. Inspired by ingredients and flavors from around the world, Saffron Rose's roster of flavors is quite diverse. What's more, from their Mango and French Espresso to their Saffron & Pistachio and Passionfruit, they all looked equal parts unique and delicious! -- FRENCH ESPRESSO While it may not have been quite as amazing as I had hoped, this was still pretty good. Although I wish the taste of the espresso had been more robust, it still had a decent coffee flavor to it that I really liked. -- PASSIONFRUIT I got this mostly because I wanted something a bit tart and citric to balance the French Espresso and it did the trick. The passionfruit was refreshing and I liked that the taste of it wasn't overly acidic. -- SAFFRON WITH PISTACHIO Presumably their namesake flavor? Either way, this may not have been my favorite flavor, but it wasn't bad. The taste of saffron was decently strong and I liked how the pistachios in this added some texture. -- MANGO Of all of the flavors I've tried, this is easily my favorite. Not only did it feel rather refreshing (especially on such a warm night), but it also had a surprisingly strong taste of mango to it. -- POMEGRANATE Unfortunately, this was pretty disappointing. Much like when I got the passionfruit flavor, I wanted something fruity and light to offset the pistachio, but this was a little bit sharp and acidic for my liking. -- GREEN PISTACHIO I love pistachios, so I had some high hopes for this one, but it missed the mark for me. For whatever reason, the taste of pistachios didn't come across as well as it did with the other flavors and the chunks of pistachios felt surprisingly soft. -- PINK ROSE My least favorite of the bunch, but, to be fair, I'm also just not a fan of floral flavors and the rose water showed up most prominently in this one. Even though the first couple of bites were okay, the taste of the rose was too much for me after that. Regardless of the flavor, one thing I noticed about Saffron Rose's ice cream is that they're somewhat similar to gelato, but with a slightly gummier texture to them. What's more, all of the ice cream is made with rose water, which, as mentioned, I'm not a huge fan of, though it was pretty subtle in all of them except the Pink Rose. Also, I didn't care for the wafers they give you either. While I appreciate that they can complement the ice cream well (they resembled those classic cake ice cream cones), the wafers had more of a soft, semi-stale texture rather than a crisp one (unless that's they way they're supposed to be). All and all, considering how they're one of the only Persian ice cream joints around, Saffron Rose is by no means bad in any way. At the very least, their ice cream is certainly unique and even better than some of the gelatos I've had. However, as someone who prefers a more classic, creamy scoop of ice cream, I think Saffron Rose is just okay. My gf, on the other hand, is definitely a fan, so I'm sure more scoops of their Mango and French Espresso will be in my future the next time we visit when we're back in town again! THREE AND A HALF STARS rounded down.

When we arrived there was a few people in line and when the line grew a bit, I think it was a manager that stopped what he was doing to jump in and help with customers which I thought was very considerate of him to do. Lastly, the location was charming and tucked away in the corner of the plaza. It had a few tables outside and in the adjacent Pop Pie shop to sit for a few minutes to enjoy the ice cream! With the awards and accolades to support it!!…read more My family and I tried the following so far: Egg Salad (5 out of 5) Smash Burger (5 out of 5) Lox (5 out of 5) Fruit (10 out of 5) All of the bagels were light, crispy, chewy and delicious. The kimchi bagel and cheddar jalapeño were our favorites. You don't feel heavy/greasy after eating them. Drinks: Yuzu Lemonade (amazing) Ube blueberry latte (delicious) Jasmine lychee? (Awesome) And the chocolate chip mousse cake was to die for. Service was amazing and they had plenty of staffing. Plenty of areas to sit and hang out in the area. Thank you for bringing amazing bagels and flavors into our lives.

I specifically suggested my party of tourists to go here because they had already tried Meet Fresh…read moreand we needed an alternate dessert. It is located in Diamond Jamboree. Due to there being 3 kids in the party, I didn't get to eat a lot of it, so from what little I was able to eat, it was good and significantly different than Meet Fresh texture and taste wise. However, since more people in my immediate social/tourist circle know the brand of Meet Fresh better, this place doesn't provide the same bragging rights for them. After we were done and stood up, the next customer sat down immediately in the seats we were not finished vacating. We had 3 purses left over and had not finished picking them up before they just jumped in, so you have to be fast to vacate. This experience just made me prefer takeout more, but I think my tourists wanted air conditioning and there was not enough outdoor seating for our party. Maybe next time I can eat a quantity more befitting of a smaller party.

YUM, I tried Insomnia Cookies 2 weeks ago and it is awesome, I tried out there chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and I was literally loved it!!! I went at like midnight but guess what they were still open. I would have given you guys your last star but I am sorry to say that it was way to sweet for me. But that is only my opinion. Although let me just say it was delicious and very flavorsome. Don't worry it was not your guys fault I ordered a ice cream sandwich so probably you guys meant for it to be sweet! But I am a sweet lover so I love sweets but if this was to sweet for a sweet lover I wouldn't like that so much so that is why I gave you guys a 4 out of 5 instead of a 5 on 5 you guys totally deserve that other star but sorry it was to sweet so I didn't give you the other star. But let me just give you an extra credit that I love the box. But I couldn't close the box even though it was to go. But it that is really okay no one should really worry about your ice cream box not shutting. Overall I would rate this one of my favorites. read more

Driver never showed up and labeled the delivery as delivered. Ordered from here on postmates and the delivery driver never arrived. I called the store multiple times and although the person working was nice enough to try and get me help, the driver never arrived nor picked up the phone. Their model of delivering cookies with their own drivers is an awful idea especially if you live in a complex since only they can reach out to you. The number I received from the store was support and the message just said to contact the store again lol. I waited downstairs for over 20 minutes and nothing. Waste of money and time. read more

I finally tried Insomnia Cookies and while the experience was okay, I don't really get the hype. The workers were friendly, and the cookies were served warm which was nice. However, they were pretty small and tasted very basic. They do offer plenty of options, and you can add ice cream which is a plus. I tried the limited edition Red Velvet cookie, and while it was good, it wasn't anything to rave about. Overall, it's an okay spot if you're craving a late night treat but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. read more

Insomnia Cookies is a very popular cookie shop that is known for being open very late. However, they also make some delicious cookies. I got their new special Peanut Butter cookie with Reese's, and boy was it delicious with the gooey, melty marshmallows! This spot sits inside UTC (University Town Center) right next to UCI. The service is always really nice, and I love the vibes. Overall, I highly recommend Insomnia Cookies for a great late night snack! read more

Horrible customer service. Their bunk, third-party delivery driver from Uber eats refused to deliver my order and then asked me for money on top of the delivery fee and tip. And he didn't speak English, so it was impossible to understand what you were saying for the first hour. And the restaurant refused to do anything about it and they said to call Uber eats and Uber said to call them. Like I said horrible customer service. read more

Wanted to have something sweet and hit up Insomnia. I tried out the double chocolate chunk cookie with mint chocolate chip ice cream. It was so freaking good! Man that cash register really helped out on our first time there. Shout out for him! His kindness was unbelievable! Wow they served that sandwich PERFECT! You better go there!
