I'm rating based on my experience. Staff working immediately greeted me while was visiting for the first time. My child got the chocolate chip. Though, he didn't like it. I got the ube cookie, which I did very much enjoy. I didn't think it was sweet at all though. Both our cookies weren't sweet. The ice cream I got for Mother's Day was delicious though. I think they change their ice cream flavors often, so the one I got might not be there anymore. Pricing range is medium expensive. Been here many times now. They really have sublime cookies and milks. The freshness of the cookies and the fact that they leave them in a warmer even after they prepare them makes them delectable. My wife and my favorite is the sea salt caramel cookie. The different flavors of milk are also awesome, with my wife's favorite being root beer and my sons being banana. Highly highly recommend. The Cookies & Cream flavor is my favorite with white chocolate chips and Oreo crumbs, and the Toffee Crunch is a close 2nd. If you like Butter Cake, you'll love that new flavor cookie. The other two I picked were Snickerdoodle and the Royal Hawaiian, and that one was like a taste of a tropical vacation. I was eyeing The Cowboy, which has chocolate chips, walnuts and cinnamon, but I thought I had enough. It's definitely on my save for later list.
