My wife loves Insomnia Cookies and I had never been so this became a nice day date for the two of us. Finding parking in this area was a pain and it took us a few trips around the block to finally get a spot. The store from and facility itself are small and cramped which makes socially distancing difficult but they've got stickers on the floor and the bakery was very assertive when customers would come in and instructed some people to please wait outside as there wasn't room to safely distance inside. We got deluxe six park with peanut butter cup, double chocolate chunk, and s'mores cookies. We did have a five minute wait for our box as some of them were fresh out the oven and needed to sit for a moment. No matter we waited outside and enjoyed the nice weather before getting our box and heading home. My wife broke into the box and took a few bites while I drove us home so I could enjoy them. The cookies are delicious and have the perfect amount of solid to soft ratio which is made even better with a nice glass of milk. I don't often eat sweets so it took me a while to eat one cookie but it was super tasty and I immediately wanted another one. One of the cookies tasted a bit dry to me but that happens. These cookies are amazing hot, good cold, and great if they're heated in the toaster with a nice glass of milk, or your favorite dairy substitute. I'm lucky they don't deliver as far north as I live or else these would show up at my house every night. read more

Came to this location 40 minutes after the opening time which was at noon. The woman working looked at us like we were crazy and said, "we aren't open." We said "oh, don't you open at 12?" And she said, "yes, but it'll be another 20 minutes". So we left and came back then proceeded to say that they couldn't do the veterans 6 pack because it was "only at participating locations" when the ad says nothing about that and I spoke with another KC location and they told me it was at every location. Overall she was extremely rude and not apologetic about wasting our time.
