It's a bit of a whole in the wall, but given that it doesn't pretend to be a dine-in facility, it's perfectly adequate for a take-out/delivery location. I had an issue with my order I placed via insomnia's Instagram which was transferred to DoorDash delivery. Upon receiving my order late , I received the wrong milk flavor, boxes unsealed, and missing icing. My first experience with Insomnia was great. My cookies arrived warm and in a short period of time. My second experience, not so much. Apparently there was a system failure and the stores weren't getting any online orders. I called customer service (you cannot directly contact the store you ordered from) and the first woman I spoke to told me it would be about 30 more minutes (in addition to my original 20-25 minute ETA) due to the failure. I called back in about an hour and spoke to the same woman. Again, she told me 30 more minutes. After calling 4 different times, waiting for three hours, and speaking to two different people, I ended up just going to pick the cookies up. The second woman was much more helpful and honest, stating that there was no way to tell when my cookies would actually be delivered and sent me a coupon. She was apologetic and more professional. Upon arrival, one gentleman at the counter gave me extra cookies and apologized. Another joined in our conversation and was very unapologetic. I feel as though the stores or customer service could've contacted customers to let them know about the system failure. The cookies are great, I just wish they would've handled it better. read more
