Good location but no drive through. There is a little bit of a weird smell inside and a lot of flies going around, maybe rotten fruit. The smoothie is great but the three cheese chicken quesadilla is not up to par. Half had wayyyy to much cheese and other half had none, there were burnt pieces of leftover food from the stove/air fryer they cook it in and there was about 2-3 little pieces of chicken per piece. The one star is because their smoothies are good. Yesterday I ordered a smoothie online for pickup at 7:30am. I showed up and the store was not open, doors locked and no one there to answer the phones. The hours indicated they should be open at 7:00am. I waited around for a few minutes and left (hungry) to get to work. I emailed Tropical Smoothie about the incident and they told me to call the store directly, which I did. The kid on the phone told me I would have to come back into the store to get a refund or a free smoothie. My question is why do I need to go out of my way to drive back to the store to get a smoothie when they should have been open in the first place? Quick and good service, plenty of choices. 28 smoothie to choose from as well as 9 supplements you can add (like energizer...whatever that is, vitamin c immune complex, vitamin b12, etc). There's also fresh add in options like spinach and kale super pack. Smoothies only, no juice. Smoothies have a base of OJ or yogurt. All 24 oz. I went for a Mango Delight, a classic mango, pineapple, and yogurt smoothie. Sweet and filling. Unfortunately, all smoothies are serve in styrofoam cups...I've got issues with styrofoam. Run of the mill smoothie place, nothing to write home about but conveniently located in a plaza that seems to have one of everything. Tropical Smoothie Café is my spot for smoothies. The smoothies are always tasty, and the service is always fast. My go tos are the Jetty Punch and the Detox Island Green, depending on my mood. There is only one size, which makes it easy (24 oz). This is pretty big for a smoothies, so I usually have a bit left over. You have the choice to add in different supplements such as probiotic, multivitamins, energizer, fat burner, and many more. With the large menu, various mix ins, and quick service, I think there is something everyone will enjoy here! read more

There was a special $0.99 deal going on if you donated $1 to Camp Sunshine from 2-8pm today, their text subscription said to come in between that time, but their employee required a ticket to get the deal. I love Tropical Smoothie, their food and drink options are amazing, but the customer service at this location is appalling. I'm not a particularly over-reactive customer and am patient during rushes, etc, but I had some problems with my visit this evening. My smoothie was made as ordered and quickly-- awesome. I ordered a flat bread with Parmesan subbed for mozzarella and was waiting at least twenty minutes for my sandwich. Not a big deal, but I was given someone else's sandwich because they gave mine (with the sub request) to another customer. I didn't get an apology, there was no offer to remake it, and I was told by the girl at the front counter that "it's not even that much Parmesan. Knowing how Tropical Smoothie employees are trained (to apologize and fix the situation), this was a shock to me. I didn't feel comfortable asking for what I actually ordered and left dissatisfied, especially considering the blatant disrespect and lack of concern on behalf of the employees. This location isn't the one I normally go to, but I happened to be running an errand in the same center and so I and decided to pop in for a quick lunch.
