I absolutely adore this chain! I remembered miraculously they were up here in Tallahassee and when the sweet cravings hit, I wanted some Nothing Bundt Cakes. Went in and purchased four Bundlets. One chocolate chocolate chip, one red velvet, one lemon, and one of their seasonal flavor: pumpkin spice. Prices have gone up a bit since I last stepped inside one of these, but imagine my surprise that they give you a rewards card now and it's applicable to all of this chain. That said, I do think the girl who attended us was kind of out of it. She seemed tired and blasé, but it was also the end of the day, so I'll give the service the benefit of the doubt. Delicious cupcakes but don't order them for an event. I called and ordered 18 of "the smallest" cupcakes they had for my son's third birthday party. The price was very high, but I figured it was due to inflation. When I picked up the cupcakes, the box and bag they gave me felt very heavy, but the place was full and I couldn't get to a counter to look inside. My mistake! When I got home, I realized they sold me the big Bundt cakes that can serve 2-4 people. I had enough cake for 72 people!! I called the store to see if they could make it right, but the owner refused to speak with me. She had a young girl relay information to me to the effect that I could come back and order the small ones...and pay for them. So, no fix there. This place does not email receipts if you order over the phone. The girl who took my order didn't know what she was doing, or she would have sold me what I requested: 18 of the smallest cupcakes they had. And the owner should have handled the issue instead of having the front girl deal with it. I'll go somewhere else next time...where the employees know what they're doing, where I can get a detailed receipt, and where the owners care. read more

Finding a good red velvet cake is hard until you've tried Nothing Bundt Cake. I was very skeptical because I always thought bundt cakes were dry and the photos look like dry cake. I was pleasantly satisfied and it was really good. I don't like chocolate chips, there are few in the cake (top of the bundt). This won't stop me from eating another cake. I wouldn't know the sweet sensation of a bundlet. (Mini bundt cake) I am not sure how they pack so much moist flavor in every bite. These are perfect for a birthday or thank you. This location JUST opened today and is like any other location I've ever been to: sugar sweet employees, cozy decor, and lovely knicks knacks you can buy along with the cakes - you feel like you're coming home. I recommend coming in and partaking in the dozen or so flavors they have. I'd recommend a favorite flavor but having tried all of them, I can assure you there is no wrong way to go about a-bundting as ALL their flavors and frostings are to die for (that being said, my dad is partial to the Red Velvet so try that at least once). My best friend got me a bunch of the gluten free buntlets for my birthday and they were amazing. I would highly recommend. Most of my friends that are not gluten intolerant still ate the gluten free ones and they were all so excited because they tasted amazing. The buntlets are basically the size of cupcakes and are perfect for a party. They are the perfect amount of icing and they have a wide variety of flavors for the people who aren't gluten intolerant. The store will even allow you to do an order of a dozen with half gluten free and half with gluten. Overall I am very impressed and would highly recommend trying it if you have not already. I purchased the Bundt cake bundle of 12 with Happy Birthday pendants on each x12 for my son's birthday. I didn't get the 12 happy birthday flags/pendants. I came in and explained what was missing from my order and I ask the first employee if I would be able to get the punch card punched for my purchase and she explained that she would not be able to since the bundle was already discounted and I totally understand. She then stepped to the back and got someone that would be able to do the refund. Callie refunded the cost for the 12x0.25. No one even apologized. When I mentioned that there wasn't even an apology from Callie. Her remark was that she wasn't even here at the time of pickup and gave a grimace and slightly rolled her eyes up and away from me. I work in a retail setting and your employees represent your business. If the owner is or isn't present when there is an issue, we are very apologetic. As I was leaving, I reiterated that an apology would have been nice with no response from Callie. So just to summarize, the bundt cakes were delicious. The missing birthday decor was very disappointing and the follow up customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The POOREST service. I ordered a cake to be delivered to my sister on 10/10. I understand that at that time the hurricane was to make landfall and it couldn't be delivered. Except i was NEVER contacted to have the delivery rescheduled or notified about any of it. Additionally, I called the store and emailed about a refund to which I was told I would be contacted when the store got back power. It's been two weeks, they have power back at this point. First off , Sara is amazing . When I came in she greeted me with a warm and bright friendly smile. I came in for a Pumpkin Spice cake. I was soon told that the Pumpkin Spice is seasonal.
