**I previously left a detailed review(on Google) based on my personal experience as somebody that…read morewatched them on a job site at my neighbors house, that also had the unfortunate circumstance of being forced, or placed in a terrible dispute/situation regarding this companies employees**.
The owner BILL, who was not present during the situation, disagreed with my review as well as direct recollection of events. SO MUCH SO, that he proceeded to accuse me of defamation, and demanded me to remove my original review, or else it would be met with immediate legal action.
As somebody that has left over 40 reviews for businesses- based on my opinion and encounters, I for 1) have never been responded to in SUCH A DISGUSTING HATEFUL matter for simply stating my opinion and my recollection of events when either dealing with a company either directly, or indirectly.
FURTHERMORE, Bill's response is ultimately why I have proceeded to yet again, finalize and leave my honest 1 star review for what I believe, may be or may not be the worst contracting company I have or will ever encounter.
Your lack of accountability, understanding, and empathy with your response to my last review has raised many alarms/red flags and has assured me EVEN MORE that this is a company that I would advise anyone and everybody to stay away from. I will avoid you guys like the plague!
Upon reading his response to my previous and original review, I learned the crew was working on something other than what I assumed was( the roof was my original assumption) which is why I chose to remove my original review. To be clear, I WOULD NEVER, defame any company. NOT EVEN KANGA ROOF, despite my terrible in-direct and somewhat DIRECT experience dealing with your employees while they were supposed to be working at a job site- assigned at my neighbor's house.
I welcome any legal proceedings you may like to proceed with or like to take part-in, as they are baseless, unwarranted threats and a direct attack to my first amendment rights as an American citizen of this beautiful country.
All of which, would be vigorously defended, and countered, in the upmost professional and legal way possible Bill, and without a doubt in my mind- would ultimately result in substantial losses to you, and your business due to your predatory response, your sick accusations, your direct attacks on my rights as a U.S. citizen, and your lack of empathy given the circumstances that occurred with your employees and myself, while I was on my PROPERTY minding MY BUSINESS.WHILE YOUR EMPLOYEES were supposed to be working across the street on the JOB SITE ASSIGNED TO THEM, MINDING THEIR OWN BUSINESS.
I believe GOOGLE should take the initiative of removing your business from their reviews, as you have directly/or indirectly in my opinion, violated their terms and conditions with demanding and threatening immediate removal of what I believe, was an honest review.
THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS ARE INDEED FACTUAL-your employees WERE LOUDLY discussing their lunch break to burger king on a job site, which I heard across the street, sitting in my garage in a couch chair, close to the door that I would use to get into my house. A REASONABLE DISTANCE. TO BE CLEAR, your employees shouted BLESS YOU TO ME hours prior to any situation occuring with them, both of which is extremely unprofessional and in my past experiences would have prompted immediate removal from a job site at my previous employers.
**GREAT CONTRACTING WORK REQUIRES PROFESSIONALISM, all of which based off my experience and encounter with your company, I believe your company DOES NOT HAVE. **YOUR EMPLOYEES IN MY OPINION LOOKED AND ACTED LIKE THUGS ON A JOB SITE, AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THAT.
