Richard explained the results thoroughly. I had to call him several times as I was interrupted by a few things I had to do, and he was not impatient. He provided thourough explanations and photos. As first time home owner I like many am nervous about things needing fixing. But he reassured me of options and how some things would not require immediate attention. The only thing I was dissatisfied about was his claim to not be able to comment on the kitchen windows and other things due to them being unreachable and objects being in the way. I guess for $495. I expected more. I also had to call the office as it was 4 hours later and I had not heard from the inspector, as it was agreed he'd call right after.
