Our downstairs toilet overflowed twice and it was an absolute nightmare to find out that we had a root intrusion (aka tree roots growing into our sewage pipe). Definitely not a cheap fix as it required drilling 3 ft down into the concrete driveway to remove the damaged section of pipe and replace it. The sewer line camera inspection found a break at the property line cleanout and a break in ABS at the "belly" from the pipe sagging over time. The problematic section was caused by a dry river bed directly on top of the sewer line & lack of compaction from the original construction. On another occasion, I had a condo flood due to a neighbor's reconstruction job. No one knew where the water was emerging from. Kevin was super fast in his response to us. We had a plumber come out to fix our sewer backflow valve and unclog the sewer, he could not. Well to be fair he unclogged the plug but had no idea how to fix the backflow valve to keep it from happening again. Within 2 minutes Kevin pointed out the problem and fixed it. He was still even cheaper than the other plumber who did almost nothing. This same problem happened years ago, so glad this is completely fixed and now will not happen again. I didn't know Kevin before he came to my house. Called him at the request of a buddy who said he "is the best, most honest guy around." We had root intrusion in a drain. It was Easter weekend. But Kevin was responding to texts immediately. He came out first thing Monday, as promised, scoped the drain, immediately found the root. He gave many options, including one where he said, "pay someone else to dig it up, I'll fix the drain. It will save you a ton of money."
