From the front office, Dominick, Lori (paperwork) Larry and Gregg who even came out to my house to educate me about what I thought I might want, and took the time to draw up a bid. It was a good fair bid (for my wish list) and I checked around. A Big Thank you!!! I am a senior woman on a fixed income so I really research as much as possible when I need to complete an improvement around the house. Well we always want a lot of things, kind of a wish list then have to pair it down to what we really need ( I did go 3 months without a garbage disposal and never thought I could have as I have always had one). It is a pain and then pretty stinky even if your careful). Gregg helped me to learn about all the variables that would be involved and I ended up getting a garbage disposal and kitchen faucet installed and will save to accomplish a new countertop before a new sink. I appreciated David and Chris the plumbers that came out to the house. You know, when you watch YouTube, they make you feel that it just takes a few minutes to install a garbage disposal/ kitchen faucet, easy for anyone to install. I think plumbers should educate the public on what everything entails. They drive to your house, get on the floor, prop themselves upside down, for 3-4 hours, check all the plumbing to make sure it's in good running shape, clean up and haul off the nasty appliances that no longer work, pay someone to haul off old stuff from their site and make sure everything is working well, clean up the fix it mess and do it with respect to you and your property and all with a smile. I was referred to Plumb365 through a friend due to an urgent leak problem. The dining room ceiling was getting wet. Tony Perez, plumbing supervisor at Plumb365 came to my house. He carefully checked several areas and explained what would be needed to fix the leak. It is amazing that within ten minutes Tony located the source of the leak. It was the shower tub spout on the second floor. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. Previously we had another well-known plumbing company come to our house to check this same problem. They spent a couple of hours and were unable to find the leak. Then they suggested replacing current copper pipes with PEX tubing for the entire house also called "repiping". It was going to cost us tens of thousands of dollars and four to five days. In addition, 30 to 50 holes would have to be cut in the dry wall throughout the entire house. Also, the furniture, shelves, and appliances, etc., would have to be moved, not to mention the tremendous amount exhausting physical labor for us before and after. Tony quickly scheduled a time for the repairs. Bruno and Andy came to my house on time. They were professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job and resolved the plumbing problems. This saved us tens of thousands of dollars due to COMPLETELY UNNECESARY repairs. They also gave us some advice to avoid other future plumbing problems. Had another plumbing company not able to clear my kitchen drain pipe with a 25' snake and suggested a hydrojetting to clear the line. This would have required a cleanout valve that is in the house to be re-routed through an exterior wall. Total estimate was $2,500. Called Plumb365 who had been great in installing bathroom faucets in 4 vanity sinks along with all new stops and ptraps as well as installing two new shower heads previously. Talked with Toby who used to run the drain cleaning and hydrojetting for the company. He recommended before hydrojettting they could try a bigger snake with a longer extension. He said that would "probably work" and quoted us a price of $217 in advance. They were able to schedule a same day appointment. Ryan came out, was professional and prepped the area before starting. He had to cut off the 90 degree pipe to provide direct access. He explained otherwise the snake would wear off or wear down the threads on the plastic pipe and they wouldn't seal. The snake had a greater diameter and a more powerful corded motor and it did clear the blockage. 'Ryan repaired the pipe with a sleeve and when hooked up everything drained. he said filling up the kitchen sink basin using a stopper and removing the stopper once a month would really help with the flow of the pipes. He also recommended not putting anything into the disposal or as little as possible. He cleaned up the work area, and I very gladly paid him the agreed upon $217 for a job well done and well appreciated. I won't call anyone other than Plumb 365 in the future. read more

I had a tankless hot water heater problem and was referred to Boston Dave at Plumb365 by a friend. He called me on a Saturday night to find out why I had no hot water. After I explained what the water heater was doing he told me that he wasn't familiar with my particular brand of heater but he would look into it and get back with me. Within an hour he called me back stating that he thinks he had good news and he may have come up with a possible solution to the problem and asked if he could come over Sunday morning to check it out. He was asking me instead of me begging him to come over as we had no hot water for two days. I formed a good impression of him after that phone call. When he came over at the time he said he would and I had a chance to talk with him and get to know him a little bit, my impression of him and his experience grew Hugh. Boston Dave is very personable and can explain what the problem is and what it takes to fix it. Just talking with him for an hour while he was working satisfied my question of how much experience he has in his field. Boston Dave knows what he is doing and I would trust him if and when I have any other plumbing problems. At the end of the repair, my bill came out to a sum much less than I thought it would be. Boston Dave talked about how he wanted his customers to trust him and that his company believes in honesty and a fair price, they really want to help people when problems come up. We have a Rheem Hybrid water heater that was throwing error codes: bad thermistor, clogged condensation line. I felt reasonably confident in repairing both issues myself had it not been for the fact that the unit was installed in a raised closet. Since I had assisted with the original install, I had a fair amount of trepidation regarding the entire deinstall/reinstall required to simply plug in a new thermistor. Plum365 must have sent me their two star technicians: Bruno and Jonathan, who ably accomplished the work drama-free in half the time I was anticipating. While friendly and engaging, they were nonetheless all nose-to-the-grindstone, and performed the work while exceeding my expectations. This company has excellent customer service. I am on the board of an HOA and had been trying to have the management of the HOA fix the problem of no hot water to our shower and bathrooms for a month. He kept telling me everyone is slammed and cannot come to check the problem. The plumber he uses said it was a faulty valve which they diagnosed over the phone. The other company wanted to charge us $1800.00 for the valve which was not the problem. My husband and I thought it was the hot water heater. I found Plumb365 and spoke to Larry. I explained the problem and he sent Tony out within 2 hours. My husband and I told Tony the problem and he knew exactly what to do. We opened all the hot water faucets and he opened the pressure relief valve and found a piece of plastic that broke off and was floating at the top. Larry at the office was very thorough taking the requested service over the phone and clarified all the necessary details to ensure the estimate was correct and the service was scheduled as quickly as possible. Allan and Bruno were such an amazing team. Very courteous giving me a head up when they were on the way with an ETA. Both were friendly and respectful coming to our house to inspect the water system before proceeding with the removal of the old bath/shower set before replacing the valve and cartridge of the tub faucet. Allan also explained to me the high water pressure issue of the house and recommended to replace the old water valve of the house and install a regulator for the water pressure. Andy at Plumb365 installed our new water heater and removed the old one. The overall experience was great. It started when I ordered the water heater, the folks at Plumb365 verified that I was ordered the right one, asked me to send pics to visually inspect the installation site and existing plumbing. Then they efficiently began communicating by emailing the contract using Docusign, sending a text to setup the installation, and following up on the day of the installation. Andy was polite and professional, and well-prepared to complete the installation (I don't know how we moved and lifted two 130lb. water heaters by himself), and he explained what was new and how to use the water heater's controls.
