They came in got right to work.. They answered my questions and explained things when questioned.. Both Ramon and Andy were neat and thorough.. They were highly detailed and paid careful attention to every possible part of the install. After the water heater was installed they cleaned up and hauled away the water heater and old parts.... I have been looking for good, reasonable professional plumbers for years, and these are my new go-to guys. Bruno and Jonathan were my installers for a water heater and tank booster into a small closet with plants blocking part of the way. I was able to order a replacement garbage disposal on Friday before a holiday, got the disposal sent to me on Sunday, called on Monday for an installation appointment, GOT THE APPOINTMENT TO INSTALL ON MONDAY! Spending money on plumbing is NOT my favorite thing to do. That being said I have continued to have the most wonderful experience with Plumb365. Unfortunately for me my water heater exploded after 6 years. Plumb365 did a great job installing the first one but they don't make things like they used to. So out comes JOE with a replacement water heater. Mike took care of the exchange and the warranty. I sat back and relaxed. JOE came out the next day after I called. Who does that? JOE also replaced a cartridge in my shower which wouldn't budge. Poor guy worked like crazy to get that thing out. All of this with the best attitude and a smile on his face. I was a nervous wreck. Highly recommend and would use again. Saturday morning I woke up to water leaking out of my second floor's ceiling. Delightful. Plumb365 was referred to me by a friend - Agent Stacey Trickey. Talked to Mike who sent a tech out in a couple hours. A ray of sunshine named Tristen arrived and he did the detection and emergency services. Tristen and Sergio came back to do drying and remediation. They were immaculate in their destruction of the wet dry wall and skillfully removed the base boards and crown moldings so they could be reused. It was literally the cleanest construction zone ever! Mike and Cameron came out to do the carpentry and reinstallation of the baseboards and molding and left the place spotless. They even hung my light backup! Everyone was so friendly and easy to work with and they were great with my dog.
