When we finally bought a house, I scheduled an inspection with Vitale with an appointment needed within a week. They usually do inspections at 9 am or 1pm. I received reminders of the inspection prior to the date. On the day of inspection (a Saturday), Jake arrived and inspected the home thoroughly. He was personable, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to communicate with. We asked him a lot of questions too. And Zack who inspected the chimney (Level II chimney inspection add-on) was just as fantastic. After the inspection, we received our reports in the time promised and when we had follow up questions a few times on the report, someone was always available to answer when we called and tried to answer our questions and offered to pass along any questions to the inspectors for further help. Said could not find switch for bathroom fan, look on wall, wrong, said both bathroom fans may be vented inside of house, look on front porch and you will hear vent come on a feel air, wrong. Then put in report bushes need trimming! Seriously! Who ever this was should be fired as you have no clue how to do your job. Oh there's more but I'm done.
