I had a complete re-roof done recently with this business, I have a skylight on my roof and they…read morebuilt a new enclosure and added flashing for the skylight as they should but the skylight enclosure was not built correctly and air was passing through and also a loud whistling sound could be heard when the winds are high. I called the owner and he said he would come out and correct it, he came out and spent 10 minutes on the roof and put tape around the enclosure that he had built but the wind and weather blew the "fix" tape off so I called and he said he would come out and repair it ( because he and I both know that the tape was not going to hold ) but he never came back or bothered to contact me back to fix it so I had to pay some other contractor to come out and repair this brand new job that was "completed" by Casey Roofing, while the other contractor was up there he told me that there was one area that the previous roofers ( Casey Roofing ) pulled out some siding to attempt to fit the new shingles under because the shingles I paid extra for and were thicker than the previous ones they had an issue with that area and did get the shingles under how they should be but they damaged siding and never fixed that either and never told me about it when it happened because they knew it would cost them time and money to fix it correctly so they never said anything. I paid extra for upgraded shingles and paid for a complete tear off and replace at significant cost. If you are considering a roof replacement I highly recommend to not hire this contractor, he has no desire to do what is right he is only in it for the money.

Didn't try to sell me anything which I appreciate I had them come out a second time and they resealed one of my pipe boots for free documented my roof giving me a free report in case there's ever a storm that will help me with my insurance. They are legit and worth a call.

BUYER BEWARE! I'm going to do everything in my power to make these guys lose more money than I have…read morelost because of their negligence. Whatever you do, take your business elsewhere. Do your research and DON'T buy from these guys. They absolutely swindled me and now I'm on the hook for $50,000 dollars. I'll just tell you straight. These folks lied and said the system would cover my electric bill. I asked many times and the sales guy knew it was my only reason for buying from them. He told me repeatedly that it would cover my bill. 2 years later I am stuck with a 250+ loan payment and my electric bill only went down about 20-30 dollars a month. On top of that the system was installed poorly and incorrectly. It didn't affect the output bit it limited my ability to see and measure the input/output of the system. Was this done intentionally so I couldn't see the scam? The sales guy knew what he was doing. When I reached out to the company they didn't take responsibility and tried to blame the installers. They did not disclose the proper information and don't have the integrity as a company to make it right. I'm a reasonable person and would have worked out a reasonable solution. They offered NO help or solution at all. I have had a third party come out and inspect things. Not only was it installed poorly, he informed me that he's confident the sales person knew that my area wouldn't be compatible with the type of system they installed and that it was blatant negligence to have sold me the system. The company never followed up, never checked in, never communicated. They had me sign on the dotted line and I never had a helpful communication since. My family all have systems from other companies and they let me know this isn't the experience with these other companies. So again, do yourself a favor... do your research and find a more respectable company. I haven't worked with them myself but my family has had a good experience with ES Solar.

I've had a leak in my roof and I've really needed to get it fixed. I saw an ad from this company…read moreand they said that they could see if they could get your insurance to get your roof paid for through an insurance claim. I gave them a call. First off, the technician that came out was in a hurry and he didn't inspect it thoroughly because he had another appointment. He came back another day and inspected it a little better. He left some roof shingles lifted up so the adjuster could see it. When he found out that we had Travelers Insurance he was more optimistic to see if he could get the claim to go through. The insurance adjuster came out and said that because there wasn't enough wind damage on the roof and all that he could do was approve a claim to fix or ceiling for $1400. Why would I fix my ceiling until I get my roof leak fixed? The technician told me that they would try to appeal the claim and it may take up to 5 -6 months to get the appeal to approve. He also said that they would tarp the part of the roof so it wouldn't leak. Another rain storm and roof leaked again. I asked if they heard anything back from the insurance and was told by the technician that they were still in negotiations but that the insurance might stand firm in the claim not going through. I'm not disappointed but the claim, I'm disappointed that the technician did not do thorough inspections or even go into my attic or even put up a tarp like he said he would. I will change my rating if they contact me with good news or bad news. I'm not going to chase them. I'm the customer. Right now, I feel like a number.
