Because I work long hours and sleep late, 9am never works. Besides that, I HAD AN 11AM FOR ALMOST A MONTH!!!! Then I was told they would NEVER be able to keep an 11am appointment that 9am was my only option. (All the while I could hear an angry man mumbling in the background) What BS. I WAS FURIOUS. I asked to speak to the office manager's boss and was told he'd return my call. Guess what? As expected, he didn't. Instead, I got an email from the office manager -who doesn't know the difference between to and too- saying this: "I Apologize for interrupting your morning with my call. I am emailing you to let you know unfortunately we are to busy to complete this work for you. We hope in the future you would like to do work with us and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused." Fat chance of me ever calling you, you maladapted hacks. I just threw away a month waiting for you to cancel at the last possible minute. This is the behavior of someone seriously impaired.
