She emerges happy, and that's all that matters. But here's the thing--The Cove isn't just another beach-town boutique. It's an anomaly. A lone wolf. A place that, by all rights, should be in a hip LA district or some high priced shopping mecca, not wedged between surf shops and dime-a-dozen fast fashion joints. Yet, here it stands, holding its own. I don't pretend to understand women's casual fashion, but even I can recognize quality when I see it. High-end labels. Carefully curated pieces. Stuff that doesn't scream "I bought this off a clearance rack at a strip mall." This is where the sharp-dressed, boho-chic crowd comes to play. A word to the wise: if you see something you like, buy it. Boutique shopping is a cruel mistress--wait too long, and that perfect piece will be gone, never to return. (Discovered on more than one occasion) So if you (or your better half) have a taste for fashion that's actually worth the price tag, The Cove is the move. Me? I'll be next door at the winery next door.

I've seen them go above and beyond to deliver good customer service, consistently, which is honestly impressive these days. I came in with a friend last night, and after an enjoyable shopping experience, we both left with cute dresses. Highly recommend checking this store out.

I'm a bargain hunter, so the apparel was a bit pricey for me, however, there were many pieces I LOVED. The owner, Scott, was very helpful. I have a pair of prescription sunglasses that slide off of my face, and he offered to adjust them for free. They fit perfectly now! Next time we're in town, we will definitely stop by to say hi and see what new goodies they have. Thanks Scott!

Parking in downtown SC is rough, but it's not the shop's fault. 3. No businesses have to let customers use the restroom. I get it...it's nice when they do. But if they allow you, imagine how many other people ask. So I'm giving them 5 stars for being an awesome little shop that deserves recognition for having versatile and cute clothes that all ages can love. PS The staff are nice and friendly!

A very calm and quieter outlet in the most southern part of the O.C. It's an outdoor outlet, with…read moreabout 100 or so shops. It's a great place to take a nice walk, while doing your shopping. Of all the stores I visited, the customer service was very chill or beachy, where no one really bothers you or try to sell you anything. Visitors and shops all seem pretty friendly. There's multiple parking lots in the area. You can also take the trolly to the outlets, if you're traveling by train. Only takes about 25 minutes if it's not too busy, or a full trolley ride. I didn't see much food choices here. but a few coffee shops. There's a noodle place that I saw that looked interesting. Maybe at my next visit.

The shops aren't too busy which is nice (expect for cars and coffee Sunday mornings from 8am-11am…read moreit's packed). The bathrooms are VERY nice and even have a lounge area! The trolly is sometimes delayed so don't relay too heavily on the timing estimate of 15-25 minutes but it's still worth waiting for if you want to head to the beach! I recommend parking in the back of the outlets for the parking is normally empty!
