Angela is amazing! She just started here last week and has been doing hair for over ten years. I have been getting my haircut at different places for the last couple of years trying to find someone who knows what I want. The last couple of places I have been to butchered my hair! I got bangs a little over a month ago and the girl I went to made them so uneven. I decided to get my haircut again and decided to check out a salon and found Inspirations on Yelp. Decided to check it out after the numerous great reviews! Everyone is so sweet and personable here and BONUS you get a complimentary drink! I am glad I had Angela, she was a God send. She completely fixed my bangs. I thought I would have to grow out my bangs and wait to turn them into side bangs but she worked her magic and voilá! My hair looks amazing. I am terrible at explaining what I want and usually just show a picture but I just tried to explain and Angela asked questions to get an idea and gave me better than what I imagined. She even gave my helpful tips on how to manage and style my hair. I had been looking for a a hair girl, I was recommended to go to Edith here at Inspirations. Let me tell you I was not disappointed at all. First off the salon is beautiful, clean, and everyone is very friendly. Everyone there made me feel very welcome and comfortable, I knew I would love this place from the beginning. Edith is amazing, she is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable with what she is doing. I showed her what I am looking for and she chose the best plan to get what I want. I still have 1 more appointment to go and I can't wait to see the end result. My hair was a medium brown and I am going platinum blonde almost white. I also use to dye my hair with box dye and Edith made sure to chose the best plan that would take care of the damage that I had previously done. My hair is half way done and I already love it! Edith made me feel very welcome and comfortable because I was a bit nervous. I am happy to say that I found my new hair girl, I don't think I will ever go anywhere else. If I could give more stars I would. Sonia Grove brought life back into my hair. I went into the salon knowing that I wanted something new and fresh and left totally in love and obsessed with my hair. I naturally have really dry, thin sad looking hair and Sonia recommended I try out the NBR extensions. Well she worked her magic and brought some life back into my hair. They are not heavy and I don't even feel like I'm wearing anything. I love that I can also wear my hair up or in any style and they do not show. You cannot even tell I'm wearing extensions since they look so natural. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and not only did she get it right on the dot but she went above and beyond of what I wanted. She is so nice and professional and explained every step of the way. I would also like to say the Salon is very nice and clean and I love how it is so spacious so that it makes you feel really comfortable with your stylist. This review is for Dumitru! Went to him about a month ago and he was amazing! I have naturally blonde hair that is medium in length. I told him that i have always had my hair highlighted "with color." When i arrived for my first appt he was on time (which was refreshing) and was so honest with what he was able to do to my hair. He explained to me that there is no way that my hair was that blonde with just color. He brought swatches over to show me that if he only used color and not bleach then it would only arrive at that particular color. He was honest with what was achievable which i appreciated. He took his time and my hair looks fantastic. The cut is also super cute ! I think it's so important to leave good feedback for stylists when they are good because there are SO MANY bad ones out there. The whole experience was 5 STARS!! read more

I've been on my red hair journey since I started going with her and she always makes my hair look so vivid and healthy! Not to mention her haircuts are always so good! Inspirations Salon is a beautiful place! I loved the salon itself, it was chic and very open with a great location. My stylist Dumitru is awesome! He has been doing my hair for about a year now, and it was not a pretty sight to start with. It was damaged and broken from top to bottom. The first time he cut my hair, it began to replenish and grow that same month! He is very detail oriented and doesn't miss anything, he is helpful and patient which I absolutely appreciate! He is the best stylist I have had in the area, especially with cutting. I have dark hair that I dye blonde, and his treatments and colors have helped my hair grow tremendously. My hair color has never looked better! I recommend going to this salon and seeing Dumitru right away. He is the best! read more

I have naturally curly hair (type 3b) and have had a number of disastrous cuts so going to a salon is always risky for me. But, I'm glad I read reviews for this salon and decided to try it. I walked in with my hair pulled up in a bun and the stylist, Kathy immediately said, "you have great texture I can tell." I knew it was going to be a great cut. She listened to my story of bad cuts I was currently growing out and was sensitive to the fact that I was experiencing hair loss due to a recent surgery. I told her to do whatever she thought would be best. I went in with scraggly shoulder length "triangle-shaped" hair and walked out with an adorable layered bob with lots of body and bounce. Hair stylist Destiny Renteria is truly the best! She is always going above and Beyond for me. Destiny is amazing with color, cuts, and updos. She always nails exactly what I'm looking for. This review is for Dumitru! It was my second time getting my hair done by him and both times were a great experience. He's very professional and is amazing with hair. He's very understanding and really listens to what you want and executes it. Also during the process he lets you know what exactly he's doing to your hair and also the reasons behind it.
