They helped us preparing for tenants as well, such as installing blinds instead of curtains on some of the windows. Their customer web portal is nice too. You can get reports and status and have a place to quicky find documents and find status. They helped with tax suggestions as well, which did help so we didn't have an unexpected tax bill.
