Be very careful before signing up here. Club Pilates business practices are abhorrent. You will…read morehave to book your classes about a month out, and if you need to reschedule or cancel, you must do so at least 12 hours before or you lose the $25 you paid for that class. And you can't be more than 5 minutes late for a class or you can't do that class and you lose your money for that class. You don't get a credit or something, you lose that money. When you sign up, the front desk will not VERBALLY discuss that Club Pilates requires a 3-month minimum contract. They will tell you that if you want to pause or cancel your membership, you need to give 30-days notice and that you must be paid up for the month, but they will never TELL you must pay $180/month for 3 months minimum. And yes, you're initialing and signing things digitally while talking to the front desk staff who are perfectly charming but NEVER stops and explains the 3-month minimum. And there's an early cancellation fee, which they also don't tell you about. I know what you're thinking...I should have read everything that I signed. I agree, I should have. I've honestly never had the experience of entering into a contract without the staff making it ABUNDANTLY clear that you were, indeed, entering into a contract. I heard about the 30-day written notice, but not a contract. Were they willfully opaque about that in order to squeeze a little more money out of me? I can't imagine that this behavior is sanctioned by Club Pilates as a business? Or is it part of their business model? I just know that they're threatening to take me to collections and have called and emailed a distracting number of times, so they're squeezing an extra $180 out of me. Good for them, I guess. I just think that's a really shady business practice and I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I have taken pilates before with way better instructors and studios. Further, when you sign up they do not clarify their policies and when you try to stop auto payments, they come up with policies, feels like a bait and switch. Further their systems are not client friendly for booking classes. Please go read up on them before joining including on Reddit, wish I had done it.

I love the concept of working out in a heated environment--it makes me sweat like never before, and I feel great afterward. The sessions are short but effective, so it fits perfectly into my busy schedule. What I'm really enjoying is keeping up with my streak. There's something motivating about consistently hitting my workouts and seeing my progress over time. It's a small challenge I look forward to every day. It's a unique experience, and I'm already feeling more energized, toned, and focused. Overall, I'm loving the Hotworx experience so far and can't wait to keep building on my streak. Owner Chris and Kelly ham are the sweetest and are there all the time to answer questions. They are so pleasant and it truly makes your day!

My mother suffers from PTSD so when she called to tell them that she no longer had an income to pay for her membership, firstly, it took over a week for her to actually get someone on the phone after asking to be called back. Only for them to tell her that she, MY ELDERLY MOTHER, would need to come IN PERSON to cancel her membership!! When she informed me of how panicked she felt having to do this after over a week of already trying to cancel, I decided to give them a call. They were extremely unpleasant to speak to and adamant that MY ELDERLY MOTHER, riddled with panic over this situation, would still have to come in person to cancel. After hanging up the phone, I informed my mother to call her bank and block payments, i will add, this was after multiple attempts by Hotworx of trying to charge her card after she had begged them not to. MY ELDERLY MOTHER, BEGGED them not to charge her card. Today, writing this review, it is months later at this point and my mother is still being harassed by this company. After 4 weeks with Richard Blake - I feel really great!! Stronger, more energy and am definitely starting to see results in my body!!
