My mother suffers from PTSD so when she called to tell them that she no longer had an income to pay for her membership, firstly, it took over a week for her to actually get someone on the phone after asking to be called back. Only for them to tell her that she, MY ELDERLY MOTHER, would need to come IN PERSON to cancel her membership!! When she informed me of how panicked she felt having to do this after over a week of already trying to cancel, I decided to give them a call. They were extremely unpleasant to speak to and adamant that MY ELDERLY MOTHER, riddled with panic over this situation, would still have to come in person to cancel. After hanging up the phone, I informed my mother to call her bank and block payments, i will add, this was after multiple attempts by Hotworx of trying to charge her card after she had begged them not to. MY ELDERLY MOTHER, BEGGED them not to charge her card. Today, writing this review, it is months later at this point and my mother is still being harassed by this company.
