I am a real estate investor who does a lot of the legwork to market a property myself. Fresh Perspecives staged one of my investment homes for me at the end of May 2018, and I am giving them 3-stars instead of 1 or 2 for their excellent professionalism, fantastic organization and responsiveness, and the ability to get the job done well. The house they staged closed the third week of July and I was satisfied with the job they did. The reason I am not rating Fresh Perspectives 5 stars is as follows: I found their contract and scheduling tactics to be extremely rigid. I get it that they are probably a high-volume business and deal with a lot of unorganized listing agents or homeowners and therefore have to run a tight ship as a result, but now that I've shopped it around I see the difference. Secondly, in terms of the quality of the staging and beauty of the work, hands down my other property I just staged this week (with Interior Designer Dana Zarb) is far more superior in terms of furnishings, amount of detail, and beauty of the design; I wished I would have found Dana sooner! Today my senior photographer from Showcase that took photos says it's probably the best staging he's ever seen. And the kicker is for the same 60-day period (design, staging, de-staging, and 60 day rental), Fresh Perspecives charged 50% more than what I am paying today to Dana. What I learned when getting more estimates is that most every other stager "includes" in the initial invoice a 60-day rental of the furniture, Fresh Perspectives only 30. As a result, I am walking away from the Fresh Perspectives experience feeling a bit price-gauged when I could have paid a lot less and gotten a far better job. In summary, Fresh Perspectives provides an acceptable service, but there are better alternatives so do your due diligence and shop it around!

She was so friendly and helpful. She found exactly what I was looking for and walked me through the process. The showroom is great!! Adam Floyd is the owner and gave me a warm welcome, even though I did not have an appointment. He spent time showing me different options for bookcases and made a sketch on the spot to show us his idea for our very large blank wall. We scheduled a time for Adam to come over to the house to take a look at the space. He was able to design a bookcase that went along with the existing cabinets in the house. He suggested adding a desk with drawers and that was an excellent suggestion because we had not thought about the need for a desk. Adam was aware that we did not want to spend a fortune and was able to come up with a very affordable design. The timeline for all of this was very quick. Even with the Christmas/New Year's holidays, I think everything was designed, ordered and installed in about two or three weeks. Once the materials were in, the bookcase was built in one day. My husband was skeptical about the need for custom bookcases. I told him he would love it in the end and he does! The living room was transformed because of this gorgeous feature and we could not be happier. I HIGHLY recommend The Closet Company for your custom storage needs. Next on my list for Adam is to build me a Murphy Bed for the Man Cave!

Rather than selling individual pieces (sofas, end tables, et cetera), they design and decorate upscale homes and apartments for folks who can afford it. The two ladies in there (who are apparently two of the owners) explained to me patiently and kindly exactly what it is they do. They showed me some of their recyclable carpet samples, which they say you can simply spray off and return after you're through with them. The ladies also showed me some of the homes they decorated, which looked beautiful. I told them I'd just moved into a new place, and they told me several things they could do and even gave me the number of a woman who was selling a living room set. While I don't know much about the interior design game, the folks at Prix De Solde certainly seem to know what they're doing.

Stay away from these stagers, even if your realtor recommends them. They would not respond at all to queries about the items and finally said, when contacted by our realtor, that they had never seen the items. You can find less expensive, more respectful and professional stagers in the Nashville area. Ask for alternatives.
