They also installed our cabinet drawer handles and the screws were poorly measured and as a result the screws cracked threw the wood. The owners solution was a cabinet touch up repair kit. The list of excuses ranged from the quality of air in the warehouse where the cabinets were stored to the quality of cabinets that we purchased and that they made too many trips to our house. I would not recommend them.

Because Chrissie mostly ignored our requests for communication, she made mistake after mistake. She made draperies too short. She made one set too wide. We gave her photos as guides and she still made mistakes. These mistakes cost us thousands of dollars. We needed to order trim for pillows that was very expensive. Chrissie confirmed the amounts and when I questioned the amounts (they seemed very high), she confirmed that they were right. Her assistant came out to see the situation and agreed there were mistakes. How did Chrissie respond regarding her mistakes? She quit. She didn't offer us anything to remedy the situation. She didn't apologize. She didn't take responsibility. She didn't call to see what could be done. She just quit. Every other contractor who interacted with her on our property commented on her disorganization, forgetfulness and unresponsiveness. I do not recommend her at all. I am now out several thousand dollars and having to start over with a new company. Stay away!!!
