I went to Walgreens to speak to the pharmacist after I got a call there was an issue. I was told the needles she prescribed don't exist that they need an updated prescription. I sent Dawn a text informing her there was some issue and if she could resend. About 30 minutes later I received a text back (she was with a patient) that she tried calling me but it wasn't me who answered (more on this later). She then proceeded to say (copied from my text) "Sherry, I would never have ordered 5ML needles that doesn't make sense. There's no such thing as a five ML needle needles are gauges syringes are milliliters and they come in one 235-1015 and 20. I ordered you insulin syringes which are 32 gauge one ML/100 units. Your pharmacy needs to call me or send out a request asking me to addendum my order. this is proper procedure for professional pharmacies to follow." The pharmacy called several times over a few days prior to me coming in. No reply ever. I proceeded to text her back the screen shot from Walgreens about what she sent them. She never replied and miraculously the prescription was fixed and filled. Fast forward. It's time to reorder. Then I go into my account online and see she put someone else's phone number as mine in the account. Some woman in Texas. No wonder she couldn't call me. Shady!!! She scheduled our telemedicine but I wasn't available and asked her SEVEN TIMES over several days to reschedule. Radio silence. See the pics. She said she was sending me a new cc form .... then pic 2 she's confused. Then she sends a mass email accusing of canceling the relationship and refunding over $600 because of bad reviews and ruining her practice. And that there was an email about her having surgery and she wasn't available (uhhhh there was NO email). And until right now I've never written a review about her and never paid $600 for anything. I, like many, wrote to her, confused. She sends another mass email stating that she was merely sharing correspondence with ANOTHER PATIENT and it was destroying her small practice. And that she was sorry for the confusion. Then ended with "just stop calling texting and emailing. Just stop while I try to put what's left of my practice back together." HIPPA law violation 101 here. Where's patient Dr confidentiality????????? I did log onto my telemedicine session and she NEVER SHOWED UP! I found another Dr and can continue treatments but she wants to know why she got a scathing review by that person? Well here you have it. I hope she gets some help soon. She's not to be trusted. She shares CONFIDENTIAL information and puts the wrong info in patient accounts. WHO has my phone number? STAY AWAY

My…read moreexperience with Ms. Aycock has been completely different professional, smooth, and exactly what I expect from a qualified healthcare provider. She responded quickly, clearly communicated expectations, and followed through without issue. I submitted accurate information, followed the standard process, and (unsurprisingly) everything went just fine. It's unfortunate when frustration leads people to misrepresent or exaggerate their experience, but I wanted to offer some balance. I recognize professionalism when I see it. I'll continue to use Ms. Aycock's services and recommend her to others who value clear communication and competent care. Healthcare professionals deserve respect, not tantrums disguised as reviews. I appreciate the patience and attention to detail Ms. Aycock has shown me as a patient. I will absolutely continue using her services.

This doctor facility also has a lab in the back so for an additional 15 bucks, you are able to get your labs completed without having to go to quest or your usual lab which I absolutely LOVE!!! They are also faith based as well which is amazing! I have recommended two other friends to this facility

In office, we talked about initiating birth control but was awaiting for my next cycle to start before initiating. Now from the office they relay that I need to come in for a PAP Smear before I can get it. Apparently, it is a requirement for this office even though it is not general practice to do so. I can understand her concern, but giving them the option for me to do the PAP Smear at a later time is not feasible. All I want to do is start the previously discussed birth control as it is more time sensitive to start that now. Definitely seems like this doctor is more concerned about money than anything else as its not the first time where she needs an appointment to receive previously discussed medications. Please ensure to not follow her route of precaution testing before an Rx is received unless you have the time to see her frequently. My best friend sees the Nurse practitioner at this office and does not have this problem. She seems amazing and actually does initiate care for her patients. Please schedule with her and save your time with these M.Ds.

When I went into my appointment I felt like acted like the Dr was listening but didn't actually listen to me and like a lot of other doctors assumed more than listened. This office use to be great but it has really changed and not for the better. The nurse practitioner I had seen and loved is no longer here. Very disappointed.

I also needed to establish a physician for my lower back L4, L5 and S1 pain medications I am on for over 20 years. Nurse practitioner came, took list of my meds mail order. She ordered my meds. Upon receiving the meds I noticed, she didn't order one of my meds for 90 days BUT for 30 days with no refills. I called pharmacy. Pharmacy replied, doctor ordered for 30 days with no refill. I called doctor's office. The doctor says he will not write 90 days or 30 days refill until he checks my physical. The clinic is stuck up, making totally irrelevant excuses to write meds refill or for 90 days. In order to further establish state of my physical, doctor went ahead with my blood test. I also requested to check if I am allergic to any unknown allergy. Besides, The unqualified staff who don't know how to read blood pressure. The pressure was so high, the nurse practitioner refused to order my medication I am using for almost 20 years. Well anyway, I went back to get blood drawn for testing purpose making sure there is nothing wrong anymore apart from some unknown allergic reaction I had earlier. The 2nd nurse came in to draw my blood. She can't even find my vein. Huh.... She send 3rd nurse to draw the blood. She gets it without making "ANY EXTRA DIGGING" efforts. Two days after, doctor on duty on Sunday calls asking "IF I AM DOING OK?" I was surprised. I went curious asking why what you find? Doctor says, my "SUGAR IS SO LOW" he wanted to make sure I am ok. I said something is wrong with your test. My sugar isn't as low as might think. I am absolutely active, working, going to gym. He said, there should be something wrong in test. He asked if anything went wrong while they drawing the blood? I said, the nurse named Deborah could find my vein. So she went ahead ask 3rd nurse to draw the blood. That's all. He orders 2nd blood drawn. I went today for another blood draw. 4th nurse came to draw the blood. He instigated if I get bruises a lot. I said, yes depending on how much you dig in my body. He takes my blood, then leaves all near by me, goes out to check if I have follow up appointment for test result discussions. I requested again, to write refill plus 90 days supply for my pain medicines. The receptionist said, she will send in message forward. They will call. Nurse named Deborah called, started crying for the same. They will not order another refill or 90 days supply. I said, you are not making any sense. She Says, my blood pressure was too high. It seemed like the doctors office practicing unethical behavior to cash on new patience. Moreover I am above 60 so I am a target of their atrocious pattern of behavior. I restrict anyone visiting FMA Facility located in Winter Spring, Florida. These center is milking patience not helping or do not know how to treat their Patience. Beware! Do not go there.
