I hired them twice, first time 2 years ago, second time last week to replace fogged glasses that had broken seals. In both instances, they consistently delivered excellent customer service and professionalism from handling my initial call for appointment to cleaning up the garage where they set up their workstation before replacement. The 17 year old Republic (out of business) vinyl windows on the southern exposure of our home lost their seals. The second floor bedrooms were hot in the summer and cold in winter. There is another option! We had an estimate to replace our windows by a big name in windows after a few seals broke leaving a fogginess inside the glass. I was deterred by the high price for new windows. I recently discovered the window glass and seal can get replaced for a fraction of the cost by Inst-I-Glass. They were able to accommodate our hectic schedule and swapped out 9 windows and a patio door in 1 day. Super happy with the results and price. We had a cracked Window. They quoted fast and easily, and came out almost immediately. Took out the broken window, and replaced the glass in it on our driveway in their van. They used our existing frames and used the original grids. The whole window was back in within an 1.5 hours! Better than new. The glass is far superior to what was taken out and the seals look amazing. Super customer service and help. We were kept informed by the technicians during the whole job.
