John laid out all the options on what he could do for me on any budget but never imposed on doing one option over another. I decided to replace the whole roof to try and eliminate the problem from the previous roofers. John updated me every step of the way, sending pictures of the progress and being transparent of what materials he was using. His 15 year warranty shows how serious he is about his craftsmanship. Even after 2 years later, he was passing by the neighborhood and saw that I was missing a shingle from heavy wind, he offered to fix it free of charge and had his guys check the roof to see that it was still in good condition. That's what I call service! I don't think there are any other roofers willing to bat an eye for something small like that after their job is done.

From the looks of the roof, he did absolutely nothing the first time and just added glue and caulk to seal up any cracks. Called them on a Sunday and the owner answered and said he would call me back Monday when in the office, no call. It's been about 2 weeks now of calling them 2 times a day and no response!! They have completely ghosted me. This is the worst craftsmanship and customer service EVERRR!! IN SHORT, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT.
