Jennifer told me they were too busy that day. Rescheduled me for the following morning. When they no-showed I called them and she said they "forgot about me." They apologized and said the owner Chris would call and come out that night. They no-showed again and I never heard back from them again. The worst of the worst. I arrived at 4:30pm & opened the garage door only to have water come rushing from under the door out into the driveway. Upon fast investigation, the water filter housing had cracked and water was spraying everywhere! There was a few inches of water in the garage and mud room. I called a family friend, who in turn sent over a plumber. The plumber suggested that we contact our insurance company and Bay Area Clean Clear. We did. Within an hour on a Sunday night, the Bay Area Clean Care van arrived. They got right to work and kept us informed each step of the way. As the sun went down, the temperatures started to drop. We had no water & no heat (because the boiler was right in the middle of the shower). In my sexiest outfit (2 sweatshirts & layered sweat pants..Keep in mind, I left temps in the 80's in Texas!) ...I asked if they might have a heater we could use in the living room to camp out & not freeze. The employee went back to his shop at 10:30pm at night to get us a commercial heater (which was not even included or needed for their clean up efforts.) They worked until well after midnight and returned at 9:00am to continue. They were extremely professional and simply good compassionate people. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!
