Horrible. I've wasted my time going BACK AND FORTH! Get your scheduling straight with your people! They have a Groupon available as well under "Customer Car Audio" (which they do not honor the price listed by the way) because I paid $125 in cash for 5 windows. *Receipt available upon request and it's listed as $45 for two car windows and $95 for five car windows on Groupon. Let's make this clear that I did not buy the Groupon, they are very close to my house so I just did a walk-in. (Apparently they do not take appointments) They were so quick to take my money and installing the tints took hours, but very quickly after they were installed, they started to peel. This is AFTER I've followed the instructions of not rolling down the windows and not washing your car to allow the film to cure. This leads me to believe that their "installer" doesn't have sufficient experience or professionalism. You mean to tell me that you only have 1 person skilled enough to install tints on a service that you so openly advertise to the public? They also expect you to work on their time. I've attached pictures so you can see how EMBARRASSING these look on a vehicle with frameless windows. Passed by multiple times to ask for them to be re-done and was given the run around that the person that does their tints is unavailable. When they were making the sale, I was told that the tints come with a "lifetime warranty" which is not being honored. Quick to make the sale, not so quick to help when there is a problem. Needless to say, I will be filing a report on BBB as well as post a review on Trustpilot and Groupon warning potential customers on this shady business with less-than-quality customer service. My only regret is that I paid in CASH (I was encouraged to at the time to avoid sales tax) so that I can't file a formal charge back with my credit card merchant for failure to provide me with the service that I've paid for. We wanted a remote car starter installed and was told it can be done in 2 hours MAX. My husband went at 10 minutes to 10 AM since they do it on a first come, first serve basis. My alarm burnt out. WORST SALES EXPERIENCE EVER!! I went in to have an amplifier installed... first of all, the person that answered the phone told me to come in, even though they were about to close, I get there and they tell me they can't work on my car because of the time. I show up the next day bright and early and they want to charge me over 200 dollars just for an amplifier installation. I go to leave and then they want to lower the price to a hundred dollars. They charged me double what an amp installation kit normally costs. And on top of that they didn't even mount the amplifier. So now my amplifier is running around my trunk unstable. This was literally the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. I wish I had taken the warning from the previous helper that said he would give them 0 stars if possible. read more

I made a yelp account just because of how horrible this place is. Orlando is a lying scum bag. He will promise you prices over the phone and then completely change what he says in person. He will make claims that he has been in this business for years and that he knows what is best. This man only knows what is best for himself and it's disgraceful that he runs this place. This idiot thought I couldn't speak Spanish and was telling his employees not to offer me the cheaper remote start. I was livid at him and told him to fix back my car and that he was not being paid. If I could give zero stars I would. This guy Clemente is the worst. I took the day off to get my remote start done and headed over here after getting a quote for $250. Now when I got there Orlando wasn't there so Clemente said he can't do this price, it would be $550. DOUBLE THE PRICE. After arguing and carrying on I told him to call Orlando who is another manager. He then pretends to call and says he's not picking up. He tries to explain and makes some bs stories up that the car is manual so it can't be done. And all these bs excuses for why the price is high. I been around cars for a long time. I've sent people I know here and have had remote starts on all my manual cars. His attitude was horrible and customer service is ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE.
